I recently purchased a CNC Factory machine and couldnt be happier. Their customer service is top-notch -- responsive and helpful, and the machine is of great quality. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company and am proud to support their American manufacturing efforts. I would highly recommend those in the market for a CNC look to CNC Factory.

After my Machine came in damaged they went out of their way to get me up and running. Really appreciate Melissa and Javiers efforts.

I dont recomend any of this machines, been 2 years whit python and scorpion and always have a problem to deal whit, all my coworkers keep complaining about this machines, tech support via team viewer sucks,tech doesnt show at our shop, hope you guys get better on tech support, I cant put 0 stars so take at least 1

Working with Gina, the Sales Manager, is a blast. She is very attentive and answers all my questions! She is available to me at all times and made it easy and affordable for us to get a machine that we never thought we would be able to afford before. She even gave us a tour of the factory, where we could watch the machines being built, assembled, and programmed right in house.
