Well to start with they set a 0400 unload time and they dont even come in until after 0500 . Not once have this receiver had the tools to unload a tanker or proper training to do so. If you can dont haul to there site you will put yourself and your equiptment in danger.

I worked for Goglanian and there were many flies getting into the dough while it was being processed...some would just light on the dough and fly away before it got to the proofer but some would get trapped in the sticky dough and end up being baked in the bread. I also noticed a Mexican worker rolling the dough off his dirty fingernails and tossing it back into the dough for processing. I of course reported this and no longer work for this company. They make flatbread for Subway Restaurants.

They should be inspected by health department, its like trash site. Using tons of preservatives and selling crap to us .My gf had medical issues after eating that pita bread. Time to shut down I guess.
