Love this place! Just moved here from Austin Texas and I was able to find all my favorite items!

Prices are way to high !! Like Huggies wet ones are 2.49 each at another store but at Albertsons there 3.99 each ! Its like that with just about everything. They have good specials but thats far but in-between. Yogurt was totally cleaned out no yoplait to speak of at all. We went to a different store where prices are fair not jacked up sky high.

Bathrooms were atrocious. As long as your or your child doesnt need to go the rest is fine. Shelves are stocked and plenty of variety.

I love the App and its new upgrades. I also love the Just4U deals. I save so much from being a rewards member!

I spoke with a a cashier named Juan, and he was very kind and helpful!!! I needed help with obtaining the free items that Albertsons offered. He also help me with the coupon for $5 off on $5 of groceries!!!

Bought their fried chicken and salad, and as always their chicken is good and reasonable price.

This store is usually well stocked but today a lot of aisles were empty? Not sure why. Also I went to self check out and had to wait a while for an attendant to clear the register.

Where I live we have Safeway but when ever I come to Calif I always go to this Albertsons! It is one of my favorite stores!!!

Store is always clean and tidy. Items are easy to locate and usually well stocked. Employees are eager to help you, courteous and friendly. I like this location because the store is large in size and brightly lit and rarely crowded. You can bring your own reusable bags but you will need to fill them yourself.

Restrooms are NEVER clean here and the employees could care less about what you tell them. I am Deaf and tried to call an employee, she looked straight at me and heard me say Excuse me and proceeded to walk away. I only come when my mom sends me. Much prefer Smart & Final because they are tidier, more sanitary and the employees actually act like they care.

Not a busy location but I just waited 15 minutes at the Deli. There was 1 guy in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes, they took a white different guy who had just walked over & told me to wait

It’s really annoying having leave my stuff to run around looking for plastic bags at the self checkout especially when the store is busy and nobody is at the SC registers to assist. Just put them back by each register like normal grocery stores. It’s just a plastic bag holy hell. The main lines already take forever. Target down the street is my option more times than not because of these reasons

Chris (who works at night) was one of the most genuine human beings I’ve come across. Not only was really personable with everyone with whom he interacted, he went out of his way to be kind to me and my fiancé (in a myriad of ways, too numerous to count). I don’t know if he still works there as it’s been about a year or so since we’ve been there, but I felt I should make it known just how much it meant to us (how kind he was). Thanks Chris! P.S. Our puppy Stitch says hi ;)

Great customer service from Dave in the floral department.

While they do stock much of what I eat, they dont have certain items I have to shop for elsewhere. That said, the staff at this Albertsons are very helpful and kind when youre in need of their help. Even if they are busy restocking shelves, they dont become irritated when you request their assistance. When you unknowingly ask a clerk whos assisting another customer, they politely ask you to wait your turn. Those that work where they sell salads are prompt (too prompt, since they ask you what they can get for you way before you know what you want). The Sav-on Pharmacy staff are accommodating, kind and efficient. The cashiers are always nice, and patient, and theres always someone at the ready to bag your groceries.With the exception of not stocking some of my favorites, the service here is superb.

Albertsons has kicked up its game the last few years, I shop there for so many things now, especially organic vegies and a wide variety of natural foods carried in the market! I like that there is a Starbucks in the store, which kicks up the vibe, gorgeous flowers to purchase, and a pretty upbeat and homey place. Its fun to go to the grocery store these days.

ALL the employees there are so rude. Yes we understand they are young and its not their dream job but its not ok to be arrogant and impolite. Honestly, when you get there, dont expect help or a nice cashier. And the person who put your things in the bag is sooooo rude. You say thank you and they dont even look at you. I would like to give them a tip but honestly, with that attitude I cant. Its the closest food market I have and I just move. Cant wait to change!!!!

This store is awesome as far as its features/services like the in-house. They also have a good number of self-service checkouts, but the two machines we used today needed assistance because of their bags detection. Still, this is a really good sir that I enjoy doing at despite intermittent checkout issues.

This Albertsons has a great inventory from health aids to mops and brooms, and a good cross section of dairy, meat, and deli products. Be prepared for a slightly higher priced selection of food.

Surprisingly I give Albertsons a 5 star rating. I say surprisingly because I had no expectations of service or sales when I stopped in to grab a few items on my hurried way home that night.And I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing deals I randomly scored (are they always this cheap or what?!). Plus Id be lying if I even feigned a half-hearted complaint as far as customer service is concerned. Because, my friends, youll feel like that guest that so many supermarket chains call you, but this joint appears to mean business when it labels its customers as guests..Good place for an in-n-out grab-a-couple-things (and theyve got varieties of hair/facial/shaving/etc. products as well as whatever kind of kitchen/bathroom need you could possibly have, so trust...they wont disappoint you!

Ive never had an issue here, typically all employees are professional when I stop by. So I will give 2 stars. I honestly think Briana was simply having a bad day. I asked for 2 bags, and was ignored. She then began to ask everyone else if they needed a bag. Annoyed why, you may ask? You know when us customers use the self check out. Theyre known to say assistance on its way. I noticed the person scanning before me having the same issue. She was upset because she had to do her job,come key in a code. Didnt say hi,thank you,have a good day ( even though we had a wonderful day ☆). She did to everyone else around us.Try to be nice Briana, a smile comes a long way. Lets be kind to one another. Be professional, 😃 smile life is amazing 👏

Store is very clean but employees cant be bothered to greet you or thank you after you, the customer, greets and thanks them! The conversation between cashier and bagging person was way too interesting to acknowledge customers.Update: Bought a pesto salad and when I opened it it had a thick dark hair in it. I wanted my money back and was told you cant get refunds on salad bar items. I said I wouldnt be returning it if it didnt have hair it in and was told they would do a one time courtesy...

I like this store its easy to get in and out of and is close to home lots of other stores and restaurants in complex if you need something else as well

Typical grocery store selection, hit and miss on produce. Location is very close to some public service providers which results in a constant presence of sketchy folks going through the parking lot.

A bit higher in cost, but makes up with superior selection of products!

Back in January, this supermarket was one of the first places to give out the vaccine. I think it must be giving people brain damage and making them aggressive because this supermarket has gone from being friendly to having the nastiest employees out of any store Ive ever been to.

The store was dirty, no person at front cleaning carts at all. The staff was rude. Fruit and vegetable section looked awful. Dirty not cleaned, wilted. Raspberries had mold on them. Ill never go there again!

Clean, employees were helpful, and it was too busy at all when I went so we felt safe (in regards to covid)

Im only giving two stars for the lady in deli that took my order over the phone and the lady at speed checkout. They were exceptionally nice.Was ignored for quite a few minutes when I went to pick up my order. I gave the asian guy the name for the order and what it was and he kept saying that I was there for a diff order. He gave me a slip with a barcode... Didnt even tell me anything just gave it to me and walked away to continue working.So using my common sense went to pay for it. Came back to him ignoring me again.Was helped by another guy who just asked me where my receipt is.They need better customer service skills.It was my 1st time preordering and what started as a good experience.... I ended up disappointed with the lack of service by these 2 employees.

This is my first time at this Albertsons, I loved it! Very welcoming atmosphere; simple, easy to find what I was looking for butcher was friendly and detailed when I asked her for porterhouse ;) this will be my place to shop from now on!

Not a great experience last evening, butcher didnt come through on a request to cut 2 sirloin steaks & cashier was ignorant...no hello, nothing, turned her back on me even!The store was not busy and the butcher was busy cleaning and I guess was not interested in selling 2 steaks!The upside...the 2 women working in the Deli were great! So you have a 50/50 chance of getting decent service!Manager take note, you lost revenue due to poor service!SS-

There signature brand is not very good got the meatballs and pasta sauce and didnt finish the meal..stater brothers brand meatballs much better and the full circle brand sauce too

They always do a great job and they had one more tree left for my family

The bagger started to bag my groceries and when I said I had my own bags the cashier told the bagger to stood. The bag was emptied and he walked away. The cashier wasnt speaking to me only to say they wouldnt use my bags. No hello how are you doing, nothing.

This is my go to grocery store. They always have great meats, seafood and craft beers. The butchers are especially friendly and informative. Their bakery and deli section is great too.

Clean and well stocked. However the staff especially up front are not friendly or helpful, I had a poor experience at self check out, the gentleman in charge of the island was not friendly and ill mannered when I needed assistance. The only person who was pleasant was the young bagger I walked past on my way out of the store who said Thank You have a nice day. This city is paying hero pay you would think the sense of entitlement from the staff would come down a notch.

There were courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure buying my groceries there.

This Albertsons is always great. I had had a couple of incidents with some workers there, but all in all this place is awesome. I highly recommend it. You can always count on Albertsons for ANY basic need that you may have. From tortillas to batteries to cleaning supplies and more!Prices are on the high side, but then again Albertsons is a high end grocery store. The selection in food is always highest quality and different cuisine can be practiced with the comfort knowing that youll find everything you need in your recipe book!So come on! The holidays are coming, put your apron on and start those fish tacos on mexican night, or bake that upside down pineapple cake that everyone will love.

As usual, the store was impeccable, bright and well stocked with a huge array of products. I picked up fruits, milk, lunch meat and cereal. The lady at the check out was awesome and handle my special requests with ease. Great place to shop. A little on the high side but someone has to pay for such great accommodations. Starbucks inside, change machine, and lots more.
