Since the opening ro allow customer in stores there is a limited amount in the store at one time. It almost seems like you have a personal shopper. Once you try on any of the glasses someone is ready to sanitize the ones tried on. Like knowing that the glasses have been cleaned in between customers.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, I appreciated the professionalism, and I definitely enjoy my new Oakley product

Terrible customer experience, the women who was working today was just plain rude, to my girlfriend giving comments when we weren’t speaking to her but towards ourselves just way to nosy
Im an eye doctor and I wanted to find my self a nice pair of glasses so I walk in and the guy doesnt even greet me. He even gave me a mean look to top it off. Did he ask if I need any help? No. Did he even greet us? No. What kind of employee doesnt greet a customer than looks at me in a mean manner. I am completely disappointed and ashamed to say I used to like this place. It was the guy with black glasses and long black hair he works on Tuesdays. He did this on tuesday, June 4 2019

Here it goes,I have purchased 3 sunglasses over the years and all of them from different Sunglass Hut from Macys because of their consistency in phenomenal service and recommendations when it comes to sales.When it comes to exchanges on the other hand, they DO NOT want to deal with you. I am talking about EXCHANGES not returns.I could not exchange my Ray Ban glasses for another Ray Ban glasses because I did not have the case. I refused the case at the time of purchase because I had three of them from my previous pairs.I spoke with the manager Shauna Snowden and she gives me bunch of reasons on how it affects companies bottom line; how I may have stole it; and she could get fired if she does any transactions without its box or receipt. Why do I care about your companies BOTTOM LINE? Last time I checked (SunglassHut)Luxoticca was worth over 13 Billion Dollars.Terrible service if you want anything done other than sales. Go to Nordstrom, they will treat you like human beings.
