The 2 stars are because they have a very big variety of products available, but the prices are ridiculous. I get that crystals are “trendy” right now, but the ones here are ridiculously overpriced. A small amethyst tower, which isn’t a rare crystal, was almost 40 dollars here and I was able to get it for 10 bucks at a different small shop located at the open market inside the old Nordstrom’s.

Great customer service. Reps are attentive. Quality products for inexpensive price.

The clerks here are nearly useless, most of the products have no price stickers and the ones that do are way overpriced. However, this botanica rocks (!) - they have everything you might need for spell work, except for the spell books. And its not just Santeria, la Santa Muerte and Wicca, they have some Buddhist and Hindu items as well. Need black candles? Theyve got them, as well as every other color you might need (I didnt see gold or silver candles, though). Need a crystal ball? Theyve got only one, which, knowing this store, would probably price it at or about $2000.

I love going to this store they just had a grand opening their employees are nice and friendly they answered every question I have I love their cristals and they have many great thing I feel relax and calm when Im in this store

Mystic Botanica is a really clean,unique, peaceful store i came in just looking for a Selenite bowl but came out with 6 things instead and while looking around I found alittle fake rat they have that saidpick me up if found and in the back it said 10% off if you fine me so I find that really cool and very different from all the crystal shops Ive been too soo in love with this place very big very spacious and love the incense they have on 🥰🥰🥰
