The last 2 days for them... They going out of business...

ToysRUs is more like a pop up store. only certain toys, they have a little bit of everything. Its not like the old school Toys R Us, there is only modern toys.Good if your looking for the most newest of toys

Clean and various toys.Well organized toys.

Clean, organized, nice flow to the store. Loved the height chart to measure for the right size bike. Well stocked shelves & helpful employees. Easy in and out of the parking lot & lots of parking. Carts are new & drive good. Free complimentary wrapping paper up front after check out. Awesome store.

Sad Toys Я Us closed now. But hopefully just like some other things, they will be back !! Not in 10 or 20 years, but when people starts missing the physical feeling.Dont get rid of the name!

Couldnt find even one thing on my list. It is really sad to visit a store I used to love to find it closing its doors with low to no stock, where even the shelves are priced to sell. Breaks my heart to give such a low rating to a store that would in the old days would have received 5 stars or more if that were possible.

The store looks awesome. Very organized. Finding an employee to help you is impossible though. I had to wait in line for a cashier, just so I could ask a question. There was no one walking around the store to help me.

I was never fond of this store, until I recently made a couple purchases. The first instance that impressed me was when an item was mislabeled for $5.99 instead of the actual price of $9.99, and I casually mentioned it as a surprise, and without any request, they honored what it was labeled at. Then, at another visit, I bought another item that turned out to be cheaper at target. I took a picture of the price scan, and went back 2 days after I had purchased the toy, and they DID honor the lower price. And refunded me the difference. That put them at number one in my book.

Maybe this is a show room. Maybe the real toys are on line. Looking for a train set. None to be found. New age t.v. cartoon animated whatever....where are the real trains? Where are the toys? Twilight Zone.Where is the real Toys R Us. Maybe toys are banned!?

My son loves being able to visit a store and pick a toy. We are so happy they arent closing the store near our house.

What can you say about Toys R Us I have 10 grand kids and I can go there and find something for everybody so its a One-Shot stop place I love it

Smaller format store compared to other location. I was very surprised at how clean and organized things were; especially during the holiday shipping the week before Christmas.

Really friendly staff and a great selection of toys. Their Lego displays are on point! Really cool!!

Had a great experience yesterday but when I went to return some stuff they asked for my IDI asked why and they said for future returns.They wrote everything down from my ID and saved it into their systemNever shipping there againNot even Walmart or Target ask for those that type of infoI left every upsetIf theres ever a breach Im info is there all because I returned a $9 DS game holder and a $8 wallet

Big fan of this toy store chain, but I was followed from the moment I walked into the store. I understand anti-shoplifting measures, but everybody here doesnt have to be all-up in my business - let me shop in peace!

Not all employees were friendly. Went to buy my nephew a nerf gun. I went straight up to the cashier to pay since there was no line. I was told line starts over there in which I proceed to wait about 5 min. An older couple went straight to the cashier in which the same cashier rang them up. Another employee who saw the scenario saw me impatiently waiting in which she apologized for her coworker and rang me up.I dont remember your name but thanks for the help.

I GOT ALMOST EVERY TOY AND BABY THING I NEEDED FOR MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING ALL IN ONE PLACE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

12/22/2016:**Update: I noticed that my account not been credited for the unfulfilled order. I called customer service and was on hold for 20+ minutes to wait to talk to someone. I was then told that if the order was unfulfilled, I should not have been charged for the toys...BUT I WAS. I had to go through hell to prove that I was not properly charged. All because the Santa Ana store did not do things correctly.12/21/2016:45 Minutes, a half completed order and a rude and apathetic attitude is what you should expect if you pick up your online order at this store. I ordered three small items online through ToysRUS. I received an email a couple hours later stating that my order was ready for pick up. Came in and waited in line for order pick up. I was informed that the order was not ready. The cashier asked me to wait while they gathered the order. I walked the store 10 minutes and came back. The cashier handed me my bag. I notified her that I did not receive the two of the three items I ordered after inspecting the bag. The cashier asked me to wait again while she paged an associate to help fulfill the rest of the order. I waited almost 20 mins for someone. No one came . The cashier saw me standing at the counter with an upset look. She paged the associate again. No one. Finally, after another 5 minutes the associate she first paged came to counter for another issue. When the cashier inquired about my items, the associate stated, oh, we ran out of that and couldnt fulfill the order. I was not happy. I asked why they kept me waiting for something that wasnt there and, why they did not notify me when I first checked in? No answer. Then she rudely said, well look at the confirmation email. I pulled it up. The email clearly said the order was ready, but at the bottom underneath the confirmation and barcode for the order, in fine print, it stated that the full order could not be completed. The girl dryly said, sorry and walked away. For a new store, and one that is in a highly customer-competitive area, I expected a granule of customer service. Ive spent quite a bit of money at this store this Christmas, sadly they will no longer be receiving my business.

Great selection of toys and gifts. You can also pick up your online orders from the store as well.

Wifi is a disaster ; slowest wifi I have see. Its an offense to have a wifi so slow

Went to get call of duty that was released today 11-3-17 and was told by staff that they did not have it. I was also told that the night crew would open today shipment and it wont be ready until the next day 11-4-17, they didnt even offer to go thru it

The staff is friendly and the store is always clean/organized.

If they had scanners to check a price, it would make things so much easier, so you dont have to wait around for pricing.

This store is beautiful, but sadly, its going out of business. Get here before the end of April 2018 to get discounts on lots of toys and games.

Not an adult collector friendly store when it comes to in-store events. Came here for a Pokémon TCG giveaway event but was turned away as the employee insisted its only for kids even though their cooperate in-store events page clearly stated adult collectors are welcomed.

Its Baby R Us, pointing to ToysRUs, didnt find anything price worthy even though they are going out of business

I went in for American doll clothing didnt know what I was looking for, young lady by the name of Liz came and helped me excellent sales person I knew exactly what you was talking about and Im sure shes going to soon to be manager....

Sad, Toys R Us will be closing. Everyone buying from Amazon. Putting people out of work, flow of tax dollars are not coming into California when those purchases are bought and paid from another state.

Unorganized for the holidays, the standing in line system needs improvement. Small store but good selection in overall toys.
