Hi Been to A1 many times to get a specific color/type docril for my boat covers. I really like that they always have my exact fabric in stock for the past 5 years and I can purchase it as I need it. Much better than ordering online and risk getting the wrong amount or the wrong color or different weight also the employees are super helpful.

I do not write reviews, but thus place had terrible customer service. I went in with my husband to replace some couch cushions and the manager helped us. By the look on his face you could tell he did not want to be there. We asked how his day was going and he said terrible because his computers were down. He proceeded to half-heartedly help us and any questions we had about foam was met with a annoyed response. We placed an order which after a week of use the material on the cushions are sagging because he made the cushions too small. I say if your in a bad mood dont be on the sales floor.

Super excited about my memory foam mattress! Its legendary. Plus I love the blue swirly foam so much I dont want to cover it with sheets lol. So glad I came back after I got my extra long twin topper here for my dorm. Literally a life savor then and all my friends were so jealous..now that Im #adulting, A-1 has come thru yet again!! My new queen mattress is GLORIOUS and of course just as reasonably priced. Love this hidden gem!!!

Becarefull with this place.. they sell leather by (square foot).. I wanted to purchase a piece of leather that only measured about 12 square feet if.. but the seller wanted me to for 15 square feet just because however cut the leather didnt cut it right. He insisted that I have to pay for some one else mistake. Turn around and walk away

We were so pleased to work with this company, especially Mike, who was very helpful and made suggestions without pushing us in one direction or the other. He gave us the pros and cons, even pulling some samples for us to try out without being asked. Prices very reasonable also.

Went in to find fabric to match a 45 year old car. The staff is busy but simply because of their demand. The entire time I was there people were coming in to buy material and get hell. The staff is super friends and you can find just about anything upholstery related!

Arrived quickly and well packed - although one piece was laminated from two thinner ones so didnt match the effective density of the others, so couldnt use....

I told cashier i had 2 yards materialSales person was present ...at closing time...upon arriving home i checked reciept, i was charged for 3 yards. It could have been an errorSales person handed a card with something written as cashier was checking me out.Yes they were very nice..i liked the service...dont feel i need to returnI dont feel great about the extra charge @ $14 plus yard.Thanks
