This business doesnt deserve one star, but giving them that one star is my gateway to this review. They dont deserve a star. They dont deserve star dust. They dont deserve a speck. The owner, Carmen, is rude and belligerent. Their services are overpriced, unreliable and usually in direct conflict with what I actually ordered. When confronted with their mistakes, they refuse to redo them or discount them. The lack of customer service is so astonishing that my mind is boggled. All of these astonishing attributes usually come several days after guaranteed delivery. So, if you feel compelled to throw away money for a crappy service, a terrible attitude, and a generally sickening experience, this is the embroidery shop for you.

By far the best and quickest service you can get. Armiro and Chuey are the best! There embroidery is top notch and screen printing capabilities are vast and superb!

Used to work with them for 3 years but Carmen became difficult and impatient. She didnt value our business and treated me like a child. After a 2 year break from them, I decided to give them a 2nd chance. She ended up changing the price on me by double without telling me. And when she said it would be ready by Thursday, it wasnt ready until Monday and I still had to pay an increased rush fee. When I called to ask about the wrong invoice, she said I could take my business elsewhere and continued to patronized me. Way to show you care about your customers. Hidden fees, and horrible customer service. Never taking my business here again.

Carmen, the owner, is rude and condescending. Will never go here again.
