The quality and design of their rings are top notch. I did a lot of research online before going and I found their price is quite competitive. Customer service is great and I didn’t feel pressured when I was shopping there.However their female sales associates tend to subconsciously trying their customer’s ring on their finger right in front of the customers. When I brought my purchased ring back and picked up from resizing, every single female sale involved in my transaction put it on their fingers. I don’t know what their deals are. They quite literally sell these rings at their stores and can try on whatever style they please at their own time. Taking one star off for the lack of professionalism.

I spoke with Michael H. And he was very understanding and great to work with. I told him my price and what I was looking for and he showed me the perfect ring for my soon to be WIFE! Definitely will be back for future purchases.

Sara was amazing! She was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process! I came in to upgrade my center stone using their 110% diamond upgrade program and Sara helped me choose a fantastic diamond for great value! She also helped me track down a very difficult designer ring, and she worked hard til she was able to find the ring for me! Definitely recommend!!

This location is a nice selection between good value and high quality. Significantly (!!!) nicer than the big mall chains or the Mart but not crazy pricing either. She was kind, extremely patient, and helpful as I tried on ring after ring, trying to narrow down the style that I liked. She was understanding as I went from case to case telling her what I liked and didnt like and then came up with great suggestions for what to try on next while being mindful of my budget. Veronica kept me focused on our goal by having me select my favorites every time we tried on a new ring so I wasnt overwhelmed by our selection pool at the end. She was highly responsive over email after the initial appointment as we discussed gem options and next steps. Highly recommend working with her!

Seventeen years after getting my engagement ring, they are still taking great care of my rings. I stop by at least once a year to have my ring inspected, in order to keep up the warranty. But the great thing is...while doing the ring inspection, they always clean and polish both my engagement ring and my wedding bands for free. You can stop by the store more often than I do, and they will make your ring pretty again. I always get compliments on my beautiful wedding/engagement ring, but I get even more after its cleaned and sparkling!

Place is so over priced. Didnt finance me even tho I make three Grand a month. Went to Daniels in the mall and got a great ring at half the price in ten minutes. Financed without a problem.
