Very bad custumer service the man gets confused easily he cant even take a simple order of 2 shirts and was rude and said not to waste his time when it took him 3 days to print out 2 tshirts. I would go elsewhere over priced and under delivered.

The guy there refused service claiming I was making copywritten material and it was a custom shirt that didnt say a brand name on it and I looked into it. The other guy had the machine break down and told me to come back for it but then when I came back over a week later the new guy claimed copy write without even seeing my item or photos or even getting my full name to find it in the system.

This place is a joke and the workers are extremely rude. Ordered a hoodie before Christmas On the 21st was told it would be in on the 24th. Went in to pick it up and it wasn’t ready was told to come back on the 27th. Went back in on the 30th still wasn’t ready. Multiple times I was asked why do I want a purple hoodie which is out of line. Was told to come back on the 2nd and it still wasn’t ready. Ask for my money back and was told I couldn’t get my money back because it was processed. Received a text saying hoodie was ready on the 9th. Went to pick it up and it was wrong, the spelling was wrong and still didn’t want to give me my money back. I had to go back at 7pm to wait for the manager then was told he wouldn’t be there till 8. Waited till the manger got there so I can get my money back. These people will take you money and your product will not be good quality, or spelled wrong.
