We just get the key for our dream home last two weeks. After several looking for the kitchen and bathroom remodel supplier. Elite Stone is my final stop. I purchased all my kitchen and vanity cabinet with countertops in their Store. They are in my budget. They have lots of selection for Quartz countertop and different style of wood cabinets. Really nice showroom and great customer service!

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Their sale representative JADA has absolutely no clue what she is doing and needs to be taught how to professionally communicate with customers. She incorrectly measured the project by 2 slabs and left us with 2 mismatching countertop edges that they never fixed. Looks terrible! The day of the install the fabricators realized that JADA mismeasured the job and left me no other choice but to buy 2 additional slabs if I wanted the job finished. How does a so-called professional mismeasure a countertop by 2 whole slabs? I gave them multiple chances to fix the mismatching countertop edges but still nothing.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE(light sking girl) almost rolled her eyes when I asked for pricing. I pointed the stone I was interested in, and she said: I dont know which one . So I said, can you come and see, she replied from her chair...there is a name on the stone, hardly talking and definitely not wanting to help, I will take my business somewhere else.

Service is absolutely trash. No one helps you out, sells broken products and blames on not checking. Fraud. Last time ever buying here.

⭐ ⭐⭐ Friendliness when entering business ( Jada was nice when there ) Contractor they sent out to do job ( layed too thick of plywood under Quartz on my bar height counter and you can see the 1/4 inch hanging down under quartz ( A true Contractor Wouldvee NEVER left it like that ) Its supposed to be all about PLUMB~ LEVEL~SQUARE ~Keep an eagle eye on their work ~ Very unhappy ~ Had another issue he came out and tried to convince me that was they way to do ~ Would never recommend ~ Ive had 3 different contractors this year haha I know more than them ~

They have a lot of selection to choose for kitchen cabinets.

No salesman helps you out. You have to go look for someone. Not much variety
