Pharmacy staff are amazing! Drive through could be a bit quicker, possibly having people with issues go inside as to not affect the flow of others waiting for their meds. Inside always clean. Lastly, remove the street people from the front area, as it doesnt feel safe.

This place is clean and seems like the pharmacy staff are friendly and care for those for whom they care. I witnessed numerous people get addressed in a timely manner while I waited for my blood test to be conducted.I went in there to get blood via LabCorp and the process was nuanced. I had forgotten my documentation but the LabCorp staff was able to provide assistance regarding how I could satisfy their needs. Incredible staff that was willing to help with very little time on their day.Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Andy the manage and the whole Walgreens staff give outstanding customer service and support.They are always kind and helpful.

Im a black woman with a spanish last name as if we dont exist. I told the dude who Im picking up a prescription for. I gave my name and birthday. I asked if he needs to see my ID and insurance. He said no. He got the prescription. Then turned around and asked me my name. Huh? They wanted to to know MY name. Dude I just told you MY name. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Thank you to the employee who let my little girl go into the bathroom even though its technically locked for walgreens COVID policy. Got the dramamine for the flight too.

Not very helpful or kind staff. I had asked the pharmacist for caffeine pills and she just waves me off and says it should be in the vitamin isle in which it wasn’t . You’d expect the staff to know the product and give more attention to people asking for help.

Horrible service!! They cant seem to figure out there computer system regarding a return and then claim the system went down. Then Madeline suggests I drive to another walgreens to do the return. What a joke.

They’re one of the only Pharmacies that really understand their customer’s needs/situations and actually care about us as individuals. In this day and age, that’s a rarity!! Fantastic service and fantastic job, guys!! Every time.

Waited for ever for prescription for a UTI no one else was in line or in the store. Listened to the girls carry on a lengthy conversation about what apartments she was looking at. To add to my frustration the bathrooms allegedly were out of order and I have a UTI!!! I’m in so much pain and this is adding to it. Won’t come here again! Rude and unprofessional.

After spending 15 minutesI the store I was told I needed to buy something or leave. I was doing stocking stuffer shopping when Liz was so rude and treated me like trash. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. The store its self is nice but it has horrible customer service. Also there are a lot of homeless that hang out outside and that might scare off some customers.

Have been going there for yrs. Lately my meds and prices have not been given out correctly, (new people maybe? ) need to change store. .

Extremely rude pharmacy staff 90% of the time. If you express annoyance for any reason, theyll simply hang up on you. Classy.

Some of the cashiers cant count, so make sure to check how much cash you give them. They sometimes give me the wrong change back. Gave $5.10 was $3.07 she only returned $.03. They need math lessons.

Bad, came to pick up my medication, and farmacist wasnt here so had to come back. They should have a backup person to give out medications. How do you run a pharmacy without a farmacist.

Not caring, almost rude and so slow to attend with no line. Only person here, twice within 20 minutes I waited 5 minutes before even a word. Unbelievable

The hours say that theyre open until 10pm but theyre not. Only the store not the actual pharmacy.

Today we went to this store and they treated us badly apart from giving bad service, the workers there left us alone waiting for what we came to bring and then the guy in the photos still yells at us that the people in that store behave badly. I do not recommend it, many people were there waiting and they watching their phone wasting time just

They never have the medicine ready, then they call you and they call and when you arrive they dont have it, it waits for 30 minutes.

The best thing is that in each purchase you get points, which are worth as cash that you can use to buy another product.
