I been going to Alltech for years -- a great place for new and used computers and electronic components.

Employee or owner whoever he was, he was extremely rude. If it was possible to give a negative star, I would have. The worst customer service ever, without any exaggeration. Once he found out the item I wanted was not a big ticket priced item he responded that he don’t want to waste his time on such a small item then when I begin to explain further, he told me he don’t have to listen any further whatever I want, he don’t have it. The entire conversation was recorded as it was on the phone.

Got a Dell i7 laptop this morning with Win 10 and a 30 day warranty for a very reasonable price! I have come to Alltech again and again . They have a 512k Mac on a high shelf with no price tag and a bunch of such effluvia. If you need a 500 lb printer thats a yard wide, thats the place to look.

Ive been referring this shop to a few friends through out the years. I personally never bought anything here until 3 days ago, I needed a laptop for personal use. I found what I wanted but needed to upgrade a few things and they were very helpful and accommodating with my request. They actually finished my laptop just a few hours after I bought it. I picked it up the next day and tested it out and it was basically what I wanted. Its close enough in speed and capacity to my old work laptop and i walked out still under my initial budget. Thank you Alltech.

Went there yesterday. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and nice. He was very friendly.Someone gave me a bad laptop and told asked me if i can remove and transfer their picture from the harddrive to Google Drive. After that, they have me the laptop as a thank you present. However, it did not come with a charger, so I went here and they helped me find the charger, them they asked me if i wanted to test it and I said yeah. So we booted the computer and it had an illegal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. The guy behind the counter then have me a free copy of Windows 7 Home Premium and have me steps on how to correctly activate it. Then he told me how to upgrade to Windows 10.I would give you guys a 10 star review if I could.

They are great at what they do. Rock solid, supported used/refurbished desktop. laptops printers, monitors etc. priced appropriately. I can purchase from them for my customers who dont need or want the newest whizbang system. They can upgrade to SSDs and make a good system fast. I have been going there for over 10 years and will continue. The staff are knowlegable and helpful even for non techies but it does help to know what you are looking for.
