Staff, Manager and finance are super friendly people! my sales person helped me through out my new car purchase. even on his day off. he gave me many useful information which I would have never known.super knowledgeable people to work with. this dealership knows what they are doing! will refer them to all my friends and family!
Everything was done smoothly and fast. Car was ready in the next working day. If there’s something to improve is just explaining to the clients what’s actually being done to the car in simple terms. I am not a mechanic so I had no clue what was wrong.. I just had to trust and pay. Nonetheless was really impressed with the cleaning of the engine. It really looked like brand new.
Bought my first Diesel, 2016 4x4, and decided to entrust the care of it to this dealership. I grew up with family and friends using them so I said what the heck, Ill try them.First time here was for my first oil change and what a cluster mess, the staff had no sense of what clients where in line first and who followed. So I voiced my concern and I initially was ignored. So I got out of my truck and voiced my concern to whomever would listen. One of the service advisors apologized and went outside and attended to clients and I waited for my turn in line. I explained they needed a better system to tracking who is next in line. Finally got taken care and despite a rocky start they serviced my truck and I was off. By the way I had an 8 am appointment and arrived at 7:30 am.I then went back in for my second oil change, figures Id give them another opportunity to redeem themselves. I even decided to add complete transmission service and asked them to ck out my tire pressure sensors. i had one faulty one, it was ordered and scheduled to come back in two days. So sensor same in and scheduled my return visit.I came back and left my truck but they didnt touch it, stating was just too busy. They kept my ticket open for me to come back in two days. brought back again mid day on a separate date and again they did noting.So now its days later, I didnt want to waste my time as I had on two select occasions and so I called my service advisor, left message as she was busy. I Waited all day and no call back. Called again two days later left another message and still no call back.So in a nut shell I gave them an opportunity but must say Im dissatisfied with their customer service and inability to take care of something so simple as changing out my tire pressure valve. I wont be going back. If the GM wishes to call me to get specifics I will provide names of service advisor, mechanic and cashiers names who really needs to retire if she is tired of her job. She was not helpful, close minded.

I had a great experience when I took in my vehicle to get serviced. I was concerned about the issue but fortunately it was a quick fix. I mentioned to the service rep that I need my car as soon as possible. I was able to get my car fixed the same day.
I had an appointment at 10:45 am for my car an oil change and front end alignment that my car needs asap.A representative came after 25 minutos waiting in the car.He told it will take 2 to 3 hours for the services. He said that he will on touch with the status of the car. No one called me for four hours with the status of my car services so i decided to call him.He told me that the car was ready that everything was done.After a few minutes, I went to pickup the car. He handed me the paper work he said again that everything was done, he said THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE the only thing that they found was a right front shock that it has to be replaced. He said that IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE ALIGNMENT AT ALL; however,he will recomend to change left and right front shock. I asked him the price and i told him that next time I will replace them.After I paid the bill including the ALIGNMENT. I went to pick up the car looked at the invoices and i didnt see the ALIGNMENT REPORT so i went to the representative ask for it.He looked at the computer for a few seconds then he went outside for a few minutes. When he came backhe said to me that he was sorry but they werent able to do the ALIGNMENT because the machine was broken that he forgot about it. He said that he will refund the money for the ALIGNMENT.I DONT KNOW IF THE DEALERSHIP IS DOING FRAUD CHARGING CUSTOMER FOR SERVICES THEY DONT PERFORM.If i didnt notice it at that moment, the dealership would get away with it.Now, I am not even sure if they really performed the services that I paid for.I paid for full synthetic. I hope they didnt put conventional oil.

The service consultants could be more communicative with the process and progress of the service of my vehicle. I distinctly said that I did NOT want to leave my vehicle overnight and I got no updates. I texted the service line and called directly to my service consultant with no return phone calls. The service department closed without updating me on the vehicle status and I was NOT their first call the next morning. I even left a message with the service manager Lee asking for assistance with an update and NEVER got a return phone call or even a follow up phone call. I had to call the dealership and track down the service consultant to get an update, which he didnt have when I called. I felt like I was forgotten and my car was highjacked for over 24 hours. There is a different dealership closer to my home, but I went here due to family friends suggestion. I am not confident Ill come back. Very disappointing. Ive definitely had better experiences here.
I have been getting my car serviced here since i got my Chevy Traverse. I was happy with the service up until the most recent oil change. I asked the technician to check my left blinker. When i would brake while i was turning left the blinker would blink fast. They told me they put in a new bulb but it didnt solve the issue and they would need to run a diagnostic on the whole electronic system. This was a lie. They just said that so they could run a diagnostic and charge me more for a service i did not need. All my car needed was a new bulb. Very disappointed with their integrity. I will find a different place to service my car.

My experience was great, from start to finish. I came in to test drive a vehicle, did not have the expectation to buy. Jacob was very polite and knowledgeable, answered every question I had. At no point did I feel like a sale was being pushed on to me. This was the first time at a dealership where I felt like the sales person was genuinely just making sure I came in to do what was scheduled. Once I made the decisions to purchase it was very simple. Jacob helped me through paperwork for pre-approval. Eric made sure to explain every document I was signing in detail. I took my car in for a shudder when accelerating. After a day of dropping it off to get a diagnostic, I was called saying the shudder couldn’t be replicated. Once again I told them the shudder happened when driving on an incline, so I asked for the car to be kept and tested again. Two days later I got a call again saying they couldn’t replicate the shudder. I was offered to test drive the car with one of chevys advisors. During the test drive the vehicle replicated the shudder multiple times. Finally they were able to find the problem with the transmission. An issue that is apparently very common. Luckily my car still has warranty, but if this issue is so common with their transmissions on a new car with less than 40,000 there should be a recall.

Tire rotation was not done after 3 hours because they didn’t find the tire locks by the driver side, and once I arrived to pick it up, the dealer told me they couldn’t find them. Once I showed it to them they said they can complete it in 2 hours. My whole morning was gone for an oil change/tire rotation

This is an extrordiñary dealership in that it deals daily with a very large homeless population...people are using electrical outlets to charge thier phones at night, sitting at the outdoor tables and sharing meals etc. Some even sleep there because it feels safe there...all of this added expense and work placed upon the employees goes goes unlàuded however, Guaranty Chevrolet treats everyone with the same respect and dignity they do with customers who keep the business in the black! These are uncertain times but, this business doesnt waver in its commitments to its customers or the community in which it serves.

I took my vehicle for service and had it there for 5 days.During this time there where no vehicles available for rental.I have two children that I needed to drive to school and then from there go to my work. With no rental car to drive this was very inconvenient.
Erika was my service advisor and Alex was my technician, they both did a great job. Got my oil changed and returned my Malibu nice and clean in about 1 hour. The dealership is very nice and clean and they take all the necessary precautions. I will highly recommend them and happily return.
Experience was smooth and professional. Sales man, Eduardo, was nice and not pushy at all. He was very nice and took time to explain price, truck features, negotiate rates etc. Overall good experience at this dealer.
I would rate them a 0 if I could. I came in on 4/4/18 due to check engine light. I come back on 4/10/18 because after pickup the STABILITY and all dash lights came on, and while driving I heard a clicking sound at rear vehicle! After a year, 7 service appointments, and 5 paid diagnosis theyre correction invoice is 3-7 thousand dollars. Keep in mind, I took it back in on 4/8/19 for STABILITY LIGHT ON! After all those visits, I came out with my car in worse conditions than initially. I have still to wait for a call back from their GM, Darrren Rutledge. Take a look at all the diagnosis, if you dont believe me. BE AWARE EVERYONE!

After going to pep boys and getting a code read from them they told me they couldnt fix it.it was an airbag light. Somehow between pep boys and the dealership two more codes appeared at the dealership. They wanted about $180 just to plug in the device. And then after that they wanted $300 to remove the seat just to inspect under there. It felt very snake oily. I knew where that was going : $300 to remove the seats and then once they get under there another $300 to poke around. And then another $1000 when they know I cant turn back. Then the problem must be somewhere else. I had to stop the bleeding at 180 and leave with my shirt. Kinda stereotypical dealership shenanigans
This is my first Chevy vehicle after 3 decades of Saturn and Toyota. Brought the Bolt in for recall and warranty work. Updates were slow and not at promised times. Theres a parts shortage and no loaner cars until a few days later. No estimate on when part will be available. Turns out part arrived a week later. No courtesy wash when picking up. Have to say service department a big key down compared to local Toyota dealerships. Have no experience with other Chevy dealers yet.

Experience was horrible. Erika Alvarez was the associate that assisted me, kept my truck for an entire week with little communication, I the customer kept calling in because she wouldn’t return my calls. Multiple times I would call and would get no answer left messages but no call back from her. Very poor communication not satisfied at all. I’m hoping they did the service I requested because they didn’t even reset the oil meter. Horrible experience

My right view mirror was damage by Chevrolet technician. Took it in for a regular service and got my car back with tape on my right view mirror. I spoke to Andrew and his manager as they wanted me to pay for the replacement of the mirror. After talking to them Andrew advises that a technician might be able to do something to fix it. Well the technician did replace the broken part that they broke but they placed the motor wrong. So my car every time I start the mirror gets reset and is always moving to the far right meaning I always have to correct my right view mirror and adjust it manually every time I start my car. Never had this issue with my car and how do I know the technician placed the right view motor wrong, simple when I adjust the mirror manually my knob on my door when I go right the mirror is supposed to move right well nope not on my right view mirror it goes left. If I move the knob to the left the right view mirror moves right. Before I left the dealership I adjusted my right view mirror and thats how I detected this issue and I brought it over to Andrew attention but nothing was done to correct it. Totally dissatisfied with service at this location. Will never return back to this location. I rather driver further out to a different location where service people are not liars and damage stuff on your vehicle.
I brought my trout for service. I left it at 9:40 am. I was told two hrs for oil change is 1:15 Is not ready . very bad service. I dont recommend this location Leo tell me bring back Tomorrow 20 dollars discount is not worth it.

Remote buyer beware. This dealer wasted an entire afternoon for me. I live in another state, saw their car on Autotrader and initiated contact. I told Chad the sales guy that I was a buyer from another state first thing. I have done this with other cars before on CPOs that are not too risky. We came to terms on the price that his manager Jeff approved. I explained that I was already pre approved by the bank, and that I would sign their sell sheet, give a deposit, and send the dealer funding document until I picked it up the later part of the following week. Chad was going to email me the sell sheet on it, never got it. Three calls and 4 emails later, still no response, After several hours, the salesman Chad emails me that they sold the car.First off, I gave full disclosure at the start that I was out of state. If the dealer is not prepared to do business that way as the sales manager Jeff told me. Just tell me (the customer) early on instead of stringing me on and I would have moved on with no heart burn. This would have been time that your guy Chad could have spent with another customer too! This was truly poor customer service. Perhaps this is the difference between dealing with a Chevy dealer versus Audi and Lincoln that I have had great deals with. I hope the owner is looking at this, you guys are missing out if you are not adept to looking at broader markets. You could have had two sales on Saturday, not just one. I signed a deal on another car today, the dealer was exceptional, and it only took a couple of hours.

Though all the customer service people at this dealership are top rated, I am disappointed in the fact that you don’t have parts/tires in stock. If you sell the vehicle you should have all parts and accessories in stock and on hand

We had a good experience. the repairs were done correctly. at first the diagnostic was not very clear and the estimate to correct the problem didnt make sense. we are also in the automotive industry so we question and authorized only what made sense and we were right. there were a few parts and operations that were not necessary. I wonder why we were been quoted this operations.

The experience was great given with the current pandemic everyone is so friendly and helpful and extremely generous with what I had to come in for. I had to drop off my car for an unexpected issue I was having with my car., and when I arrived they had a rental waiting for me and my kids. Ricardo was the rep who assisted me and kept me updated with what was going on with my car.

I do not recomment Chevrolet Guaranty. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING CARS FROM THEM AND MORE IF THEY ARE WHITE COLOR. I bought a new Trax, now it is all cover in rail dust, like really bad. I have owned new white cars, and never had this issue, bad customer service. You would expect better attention and follow up from them, and more when you bought a new car. It is just silly that they do not take care of their customers.

Juat purchased a trax approx. 6 weeks ago & on the the 5th day i started hearing loud screeching from rear of vehicle as i applied the brakes to come to complete stop.Took it back to dealer the couldnt find any visible damage and on test drive no noise, therefore no help from them the screeching noise has gotten worse. Im still waiting on resolution from Chev Corp. So my 1st ever Chevrolet car is not a good experience & can not recomend this Dealet.
Jack Nesh is the greatest parts guy I have ever worked with. 8 chevy trucks since 1990. My Avalanche at 170k miles- the front end went out. Ball joints, upper arms, tie rods and more. Went I went with MY LIST of needed items. He shortened the list to only what was needed. My SUV is as good as new. I drive past 4 other Chevy dealerships because of his expertise. Engine replacements; Transmissions to cosmetics parts. Great guy great discounts ALL GM Factory Parts. He knows it all and one trip does every time. Just call him first and he’ll dial you in!!!
