These guys gave me 4k more than vroom offered. I got a bit less than if I sold to a private party but not having to deal with randoms from Facebook and Craigslist is worth a lot for me. They did go slightly below our agreed price, but to be fair there were many additional scratches and damage I didnt think to mention upfront. Highly recommend! In reached out to several buyers, such as CarMax, CarVana, and several other local dealers to sell my Lexus IS 300. Didn’t even get a response to my low ball offer when I countered CarMax… Caravana’s offer was low and took too long to process… lost my patience because I had to resubmit everything all over again and there were glitches with their system online. Rocky experience at first but customer service did make this experience better. I did get less then what I wanted but I had to make moves and they were very quick. I would say use them if you have a vehicle to sell quickly. Customer service was the recovery here.

Listed vehicle to sell private party....I even said in the listing please no re sellers..... why am I getting texts from valley car group to sell my car to them for below blue book so they can go sell it to someone else for more money? This isn’t a garage sale and eBay.

Posted my vehicle to sell PRIVATE PARTY. Specifically mentioned “no resellers, no wholesalers”. Was contacted via text about my listing asking a lot of BS questions. The first statement should have been, we are a reseller and most likely will not give you what you want or what your vehicle is worth because we are a re seller And we will sell your car to someone else trying to make money off you. I never asked for them to offer me money because I would never sell to them or any re seller. They then asked “would you take” .... Offered me almost $3k lower than carmax, $5k lower than private sale, this was an unsolicited and unwanted contact from them poaching Craigslist, KBB, and auto trader. Read other negative reviews and had the same exact experience. I also feel bad for anyone that gets taken advantage of by these people. If you want to sell your car to them for low blue book or below low blue book for them to just turn around and sell it at or above blue book.... and take thousands of dollars from your sale..... well you have found your place.

Hello. We were contacted by Reece. He was interested in our Vehicle. It was for sale on kbb and autotrader. He made a great offer by email, but i was skeptical since most the time that offer will go down as soon as you talk to someone. He was good to his original offer and we made the deal. Surprisingly it was really easy to do the deal. Since our truck still was financed, Reece went to the bank, made a cashiers check for the balance and sent in the paperwork we signed to chase overnight. The check arrived Friday and the payout was done by Monday afternoon.It was much better then Carmax or a local dealer. Reece and his partner were really excellent. Thank you again.

Honestly thought it was a scam like everyone else. Even the process on their website seemed to good to be true. But all the reviews were good so I figured Id give it a go. I did sell the car for a little less than what I wanted it for, but honestly the convenience process made up for it.Just had to sign some signatures, drove to an actual chase bank and got the cashiers check from the teller and was on my way. Process took all of 1 hour. Headache free and best of all I got to avoid the DMV.
