A car buyers dream! Carlo and his team made our experience a delight. We called about a van we saw online, 2 hours later we arrived and were shown the vehicle, it was everything Carlo said it was. We drove it loved it and got an unbelievable price, then they pull the van into their service facility for an oil change, and to service the A/C, we never even mentioned any service needs! They carried a little paper on the purchase, interest free! Wonderful buying experience!!

I don’t normally write reviews but this one seemed fitting. I relocated to San Diego and was in need of a “newer” car. I found one in Santa Anna at the “Car Store” which is a pretty far drive from here. I spoke to one of the salespeople and he walked me through the car and sent me a ton of pictures convincing me this was the one I was looking for. I took the train down and was picked up by Javier (who is absolutely hysterical) at the train station and he took me to the car store. The car (2008 BMW X5) was exactly as described and drove amazingly. Carlo (the manager) was great to deal with too. You could tell he really had my best interest at heart and made the financing, licensing and taxes really easy. It was a nice drive home in the new car (down the coast). When my tags arrived, Carlo sent them to me overnight to save me another trip up to Santa Anna. These guys seemed to be having a lot of fun while working which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. If you’re considering these guys, do yourself a favor and give them a try.
