Bought a very nice American Security safe from maximum Security in 2020. Big enough for all of our valuables, firearms, important papers and keepsakes. Sales office was helpful, I got a good price, and my safe was delivered by a very experienced team who had to take the 900+ pound safe up 2 flights of stairs. They protected my wood stairs and floors every step of the way, and while I was biting my nails watching them, they got the job done without any damage to anything. Definitely knew what they were doing. We are extremely happy with the safe, it is everything we wanted and more!

I PLACED A ORDER FOR MY SAFE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND DUE TO COVID MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. IM TOTALLY OK WITH THAT AND HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY. BUT WITHIN THE 3 MONTHS I HAVE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND MOVED AND I CONTACTED ZACK TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS. MY ORDER SENT OUT AND DELIVERED. We are moving out of State and our other moving company could not guarantee to not damage our new wooded staircase regarding moving our 425 lbs safe. I called Maximum Security Safes to enquire if they would move the safe from the upstairs bedroom to the garage for the long haul movers to take over. Well, I was very pleased that they said yes, even more pleased that they would guarantee no damage to the new staircase (as long as I provided proper measurements, weight and photos of the safe and spiral stairs) and even more pleased with the very reasonable price they quoted me. Well worth it!As promised, they arrived on time even with a heads up call letting me know they were minutes away. I opened the front to let Jeff and David in. Both we professionally dressed, acted professionally and had very nice moving equipment suitable for our small job.Everything went well from my initial and follow up calls to the office staff. Jeff and David did an excellent job, no damage because of the care they took. Great selection and amazing service! We bought our safe on a Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. Two gentlemen delivered the safe to our house and bolt it to the ground; they were very attentive to details--not scratching the floor and making sure the safe was centered correctly. We were very pleased with the service!

Mr. Shep a very nice guy but he always try to get you in his unclear prices and he is never ever straight forward about his prices of buying a safe, selling it back, or even moving it honestly i would stay away i would not buy from him at all or even deal with him
