If I can get this place less than a 0 star then I would the customer service here was terrible and the owner was no help either in fixing our issue with his employee David!! They screwed us over financially and promise us things that they never gave us so dont waste your money and go elsewhere, for their prices you can get a better deal anywhere else!!

Jason was a wonderful to work with, wasnt pushy at all. Told him was I was looking for and he made great suggestions. I had same day delivery. Contacted Customer Service to see if they would be willing to contact drivers about what time they would be at my place. Delivery guys were VERY NICE and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend OC Mattress to anyone! Great experience!

Saw this location was having a sale on floor models, so we decided to drive the 25 miles as I could tell from the google photos it was a huge warehouse so they would have lots of different beds. We went in yesterday & I explained to David the issues I have with neck pain & that I have tried 5 different beds in 3-1/2 yrs, he was so very helpful in showing us a few different beds that he thought would help out. We ended up picking out a serta icomfort and David went the extra mile in getting us an even lower price, we could of had it delivered the same day but asked for the following day & the delivery guys were here 1st thing in the AM. So very happy, David is awesome, so very helpful & understanding to what our needs are, I recommend coming to this location for a new bed.

I just got my mattress delivered today, and the delivery men were fast, efficient, and polite. I got my mattress at a clearance price and its very comfortable. Im sitting on it right now

THANK YOU SCOTT AT Orange County Mattress!I bought a mattress and box springs from Orange County Mattress a year ago and now have an issue with the box springs. The box springs I found out is not covered under warranty but Orange County Mattress is nice enough to come out, pick up the box springs and deliver it to the mfg to be repaired and also loan me another foundation to use until its repaired, then deliver it back to me at N/C. THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Scott made this all happen so KUDOS to him!! He cares and is so very patient. I would definitely purchase from Orange County Mattress again.......................Karen

Fast, easy, friendly. Took my old mattress, delivered the new one..... Big Bonus! I only paid $599.00 for a $1700.+ mattress. ( I did a Google search ) Blamo!

Costs are lower. Walk and you will know. It is in a warehouse. The salesman tactic of pretending to call his manager is hilarious. Just play along.
