To start I own a all natural skincare line and have been searching for a local business to support that wholesales essential oils and carrier oils. I discovered COCOCJOJO on Amazon and decided to see where they were located. I noticed they are in Santa Ana so I placed my first order directly with COCOJOJO 8/26/2020 and called to speak with someone prior to placing my order to ensure things went properly. I requested my items be held for pick up since they are in my area and was told the items would be available the next day. I called the next day to see if my order was ready it was not. I told the representative to hold my order for pick up and to let me know once it came in. I also requested tax exemption which I have yet to have refunded; although all proper documentation was submitted and I was advised by the rep on the phone that I would be refunded after my order was placed. It is now 9/8/2020 and I had to call COCOJOJO again to find out the status of my order no email communication or anything, to be told that the items I ordered still hadnt arrived and they were only coming from their warehouse. Being a new business trying to support a new business I have had a terrible first experience with COCOJOJO and would not recommend ordering from them based on their customer service alone.

Great products and prices, got their natural oil for my stretch marks from working out and it works better than anything else.
