Raquel’s service really sucks!a simple exchanged shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes... much the less involve two associates. Lack of training. Her cousin-worker Elsie also failed since her printer have insufficient ink therefore Raquel had a hard time to begging with.

Lots of fragrances, candles, body wash to car scents. They even have a selection of scents for men!! They always have a great deal going on so you always get the best bang for your buck!

Never buy stuff here on a regular day, at least 3 times a year they cut the price of almost all their items by 75%(whether individually or Christmas time it is the whole store pretty much) I suggest you wait to stock up during those sales.For example this Christmas I purchased 3 full size sprays, 3 travel size sprays, body wash, shea body butter lotion, and a foaming hand soap for $41.34 (including shipping)Also pro tip, download the app they have better deals and special in app only coupons!

They were having their big year-end sale. Its best time to shop otherwise their stuff is a little expensive for what you get. However I will say in the same breath their stuff is better than Dollar store stuff obviously and most other brands.

I had not shop here for a little more than a decade ago it felt really good to be there, but I got to admit there is so many new great fragrance scents!

Sales staff is terrible! I asked where the rubber ducks were, she pointed them out to me. I went to take a photo of the 2 different ducks to send to my wife. My wife collects rubber ducks and I wanted to get the right one. The sales girl told me I could not take photos of the merchandise. I told her what is was for and she asked me to leave the store. How lame is that? I guess they wont get my business.

I was helped by two awesome girls and when I was getting checked out and the only thing I was buying was like a car freshener thing, I asked about if they had marshmallow scented candles and she brought one over so I could smell it and I fell in love but I explained how I would buy it some other day and she explained how they hada 2/24$ sale and they werent sure if it was going to last and I was still hesitant but she explained how if I bought something else like a .50 item she she could give me a coupon of 10 dollars offif I bought something of 30$ and up for my next purchase. So I bought two car fresheners and two candles for only 21$!! She convinced me and was not very forceful about it and I totally enjoyed talking to her and laughing with her. I wish I knew her name ! Haha but customer service is awesome there! Im so going back for more candles after !

They always have amazing sales, smells, help, loofas, bath bombs, hand sanitizers, etc. This is the store to go to when you dont want to spend tons of money, but still want a good amount of body stuff. If you know how to look online and in the paper for coupons, you got yourself a deal and a steal.
