We use Players Choice to make most of our awards. My experience here has been phenomenal. The service and communication via email have been quick and friendly. They always get the items we need in a reasonable amount of time as well. The quality is also splendid!They did relocate to another location and it can be a bit hard to find since its tucked into a corner. However, once you find it, make sure to park in the parking lot in the back as the entrance to their building is in the back. There is always plenty of parking even though its a small parking lot.

Excellent customer service and a great job!

Came in for a very sensitive gift for my daughter to memorialize the death of her daughter. They were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, I cant express my appreciation enough. They also did the work beautifully and exceptionally fast. I highly recommend this place.

NEGATIVE! emailed them wednesday, followed up yesterday with a phone call, had to leave a message. Called again today and still no answer. What a horrible way to conduct business!!

OMG, they really saved our Lacrosse banquet by coming through at the last minute. They custom made us tags we needed for our players, and they were so very sweet! Thank you!
