Esau and Ciro did an excellent job on the installation of my motorized roll down shades. They were professional in the way they went about their work.During the installation they made sure I was happy with the way it was going .They took the time to touch up any paint that was affected by the installation which made the process complete.I highly recommend All American Awning’s and will use them again if the need arises.

Jesse and his team are awesome! We had 3 roller shades installed by them last September and on one side we didnt move/ remove a water pipe, not moving the pipe was our decision and not their responsibility. After having the one side not close to the ground, I called and asked Jesse if we have the pipe moved, could he come out and extend the limits for the shade. He said no problem, he knew we had enough shade on the roller. This was all accomplished within 4 days! Customer Service is #1 with this company! Dont hesitate to use them! Awesome company!

American Awnings was great. The technicians were very professional and the customer service was great.

All American beat our expectations. They got to the house to take down the awnings when promised, said it would take up to 2weeks to get the fabric for a recover of the existing awnings and then they needed time to stitch everything together. We needed them back quickly because we are doing a massive redo of the backyard and needed them to install the new awnings before the roof tile were going to be installed. Well they were back in 11 days. Great install. Made sure all the brackets had screws, not done by the last contractor, and made sure the wall brackets were all good and tight.Kent and Jesus did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing awnings.
