We are very happy with our new awning. The color is perfect. It looks amazing and the installation was professional. We waited a few years because its not cheap. Should have got it a long time ago. We have been using Accent Awnings for the past 8-9 years. Everywhere in our home where we can use any awnings to block out the hot California sun, we have it installed by this company. Shaun has been our sale rep for the last few times span over the past 7 years, and I can not express enough how wonderful Shaun has been. They cleaned up afterward. The drop down awning is absolutely beautiful and block out 99.5% of the sun, still we can see everything through that awning. All the awnings are customized made by this company to fit my exact needed area for blocking out the sun. Beautiful fabrics and colors and different designs are made to our desire. This company seems to have the same staff that stay with company for a very long time. It is good to work with same people who you have a very good relationship with for many years. The installers were great when they put my outdoor window/door screen. It works perfectly and its going to be great when summer comes around and that west side window/slider gets the full heat of the sun. Its going to make a huge difference and this is the first time that Im really looking forward to the summertime. I wished I had thought of installing this type of outdoor window/door treatment years ago. It would have saved me tons of money from the sun destroying all the inside window treatments that I had to keep purchasing because of UV ray ruining the fabric. So this screen will the perfect fix.

We are very happy with our new awning for our pergola. It really helps to block out the afternoon sun over our patio and so we can open our dining rooms sliding doors. It looks great and works well, but we should have sprung for the electric opener. Its a hassle to crank it up and down every day.

I talked with several neighbors and their recommendations were good. Great sales guy and although the manufacture time was about 7 weeks, they were right on time. The install went very smoothly.The guys were courteous and concerned with the holes (1) they had to drill into the stucco. It makes a huge difference with the morning sun now not blasting into the house. TV reflection is gone. The birds will have a difficult time crashing into the reflection of the mountains and sky now. Accent Awnings did an excellent job manufacturing and installing motorized drop down exterior shades. We have large windows in the back of our house and the new shades are fantastic! During the hot and sunny times of the day we push a button and the shades drop down to keep the house cooler and less sun glare. We can see through the shades from the inside of the house and the shades have dramatically reduced the bright sun and heat.

Had their awnings on my house over 20 years and held up wonderfully.Just had them replaced after all that time. Highly recommended!!

We had such a great experience with Accent Awnings. From the first phone call to set up the appointment, to the extremely knowledgeable estimator, to the extremely professional installation team they earned 5 stars across the board. The product is quality (they manufacture it themselves, which is one of the other reasons we went with them) and even now after 10 months of using the shades we have not had a single issue. Highly recommend them!

I messaged accent awnings about getting an awning made. I sent them photos to give them an idea of what I wanted; pretty simple right. They had let me know it would take roughly 5 weeks and that it might not work with our timing to finish the project. After talking with my business partner we decide to give it a shot and be willing to wait. Called them today. Talked with Tim just a bit ago; so I told him we would be getting three quotes, he said well we are going to take the longest and probably be the most expensive. I guess they really dont care to help you if you are actually shopping. Not worth the time or money would definitely not recommend.
