I’ve been a customer at American Tire depot since I’ve owned my car and every visit is great. This is my first time at this particular location and as always the service was great. Jaime and his team made me aware of what needed to be taken care of and provided excellent service while doing so. Will definitely continue to bring in my vehicle here.

Store Manager Jaime was super helpful and informative. Helped me save a bunch of money vs the dealership. Dealer ship $198, was 75$ here + labor. Great deal!! If you zoom in youll see where the tube piece was chewed.

Great place to have any service done, not just tires. Ive had to stop here a few times due to flats and blowouts, and the guys are knowledgeable, competent and speedy. They get you in as soon as possible and dont leave you waiting longer than necessary. Prices are fair and their estimates are always accurate.

I highly recommend This American Tire Depot in Santa Ana over the one i live locally by in Orange. The reason being was once you go through the door you are greeted by an employee ( Aldo - super cool and friendly) and not left sitting or waiting in the lobby for over 5 minutes like i was in ATD in Orange . Great customer service. I came in to buy 2- LT265/70R17 tires and after a day they called me to say they were ready for pick up. Id rate this store more stars but it only allows up to 5. I was recommended this place by my gf who also bought her tires for her dodge charger couple months ago and im glad she told me to go here too.

After searching for a legitimate shop to have a simple wheel alignment done on my chevy tahoe I wanted to go to a shop closest to my house which is Americas Tire Depot. I left upset and confused without getting my alignment done because the young man, I didnt get his name, at the front desk told me with an attitude, I would need to provide a back story in order for them to even see my car and give an explanation why I wanted a wheel alignment. What??? I havent had an alignment done in over a year and my tire tread was wearing out faster than normal. All I wanted was a wheel alignment and he tried telling me I needed a new suspension without even having the mechanic look at my truck. Ill never give them another chance at my business. I dont understand how there are so many positive reviews here after this being my 2nd bad experience. Dont try apologizing and dont tell me to email or call customer service. This is my review.

What a great store! Jaime and crew bent over backwards to get me a new tire to match my current tires and get it mounted in short order after it was popped, sidewall torn out on Grand Ave in Santa Ana. This is a full service tire store that deserves the business.

I came in with a leaky tire and the people here we great. I was helped immediately and they fixed the tire and had me on my way in about 15 minutes or so.Very friendly and informative. If I have future trouble or am in need of new tires down the line Ill be back.

There are good ATD locations but this isnt one of them. Recommended a brake job I didnt need, bait and switch pricing, employees were not proactive on ordering out of stock tires or calling to let me know my appt couldnt be kept. If you go dont bother with the online system, youll probably have better luck as a walk-in.

The guys here are very friendly and helpful. They were able to take care of my problem and did so pretty quickly.

Helped me tremendously with a flat tire I had among other issues with my car. Even got offered a ride to work since it was nearby. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Got new wheels for my car, same size as my current wheels. I just needed a shop to switch the tires from one set of wheels to the other, and to mount and balance. They had the best price and they gave me an additional discount for Yelp check in.Went with no appointment, but didnt have to wait that long. And they did a good job. I also needed to see how worn my brakes were. The guy doing the work walked me around the car while the wheels were off and showed me how worn the brakes were.Would go again and definitely recommend

I brought in my boss Mercedes Sprinter Van to replace a tire. I showed the manager, Jaime, what had happen to tire and he suggested that I replace all of the tires due to the safety issue. The service here is great and the staff is awesome. With that said, I brought my truck the following day to get myself some new tires and an alignment check. They had a little issue installing my tires due to the incorrect tire. Jaime was very upfront of the situation and I believe it was Aldo(I apologize if the name is incorrect) at the front desk, he owned up to the mistake. Were human, everyone makes mistakes. But I got my truck the following day with new tires and an alignment done, its riding real smooth. Thank you Jaime and your staff for the great service.

Totally enjoyed American Tire Depot, when I first entered I was greeted by Jaime, very nice very professional bilingual...although I have no problem with English 😀they gave me a great deal 👍they did a great job on my vehicle! My tire popped on the freeway. I was lucky enough to be only a mile from American Tire Depot but showed up 15 minutes before they closed. They were incredibly accommodating and replaced my tire right away, staying 40 minutes late. I was very relieved and appreciative of their kindness and willingness to work with me.

Went in to get an oil change about 2 weeks ago. My oil filter wasnt switched out and there was still dirty oil in my vehicle. They also stripped my drain plug which caused a coolant leak. Never again am I coming back here. My car could of essentially died out.

Did a great job with my tires but I was disturbed by the front desk guy. I said upfront that I had applied and received credit of $500 from Americas Tires. I came in to pick up my car and tried to say that he didnt know if the computer would work and would need to pay with debit/credit otherwise I would have to come back on Monday (it was a Saturday)I told him that I told him from the beginning that I had credit i wanted to apply. He basically was trying to make me pay with debit/credit right then. He said he would try and see if it worked. Somehow....it worked and got my credit applied. Maybe this is a move that worked with other people but not me. Dont bait and switch me or people. Please and thank you.

Desperately needed tires and they had a promotion of “buy 3, get 1 free” so I thought I would stop by. The staff was transparent and made sure to stay below what I was willing to spend vs other places I’ve tried that are quick to add more things that aren’t needed. Overall, I felt taken care of and I’m loving the smooth drive. Thanks guys!

Came in to get one tire but they had a great deal if you buy all 4 they give you one for free and the quality of the tires them self are good its been a week but havent had any problems with them on the highway at high speeds even so for a small fee they will guarantee the tires for as long as you have them

Great service, I cant remember the last time I went someplace I did not purchase an item and got something free. There was no charge for the flat tire fix. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Michael was polite and a great help.

I received excellent service and support from Jaime and the staff. They were kind enough to let me know when to come in so I could have my tires rotated along repairing a tire that had a nail in it. Thankfully, they were right because they got me in and out so I could get back on the road.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I took it here. They got me in and out pretty quickly for how busy they were. It’s been a couple of days and the tire is still holding air so I guess they did a good job too. I didn’t buy anything so I can’t give my opinion on that but I would highly recommend going here to get a tire plugged or patched.

And while I had to wait around until after 6 pm to pick up my car, I never would want technicians to feel rushed or pressured when doing such a service. I would have preferred to just pick up this car at a later time instead of taking it off the premises in this condition. Very unfortunate.

The staff is friendly but that is about it. I already looked on the website and priced out the brands of tires I am interested. The in-person quote was mid 500s. but the quote I saw online was less than 500. He showed me the screen and I saw the discount for 1 tire but the total is still not reflecting that. Something is not right. All I know is the price quoted was 100+ more than the online quote so I decided to walk off. My advice is to check the quote online before you go into the store.

Highly Recommended! If youre looking for a general auto mechanic, these guys are great. I have used them for tires and some electrical work. Jaime and Art are always good at explaining the work needed on my car, and they are helpful in getting a good deal. Jaime was an excellent front man for this operation. I’m used to high pressure sales tactics and I’m an impossible sale as I do my own fixes. But tires and alignments are outside my wheel house got an alignment this time will get tires sometime this year. New to the area. Can’t speak to their mechanics abilities but I brought in a car that was way out of alignment and they brought it right to the Honda specs as a walk in and wait customer I am very pleased.

Service was good. And they were pretty fast. But I didn’t like when I went to pay and had been quoted one price and then was told I also needed an alignment and it would be $100 more. Maybe I did need that but I didn’t appreciate being told AFTER the fact. That should have been part of the quote and at least mentioned to me that it might be necessary IP FRONT. Surprises are not good business.

Walked in with just an oil change in mind, saw that they had tire specials. Guys at the front desk not only provided genuine care for auto but were apt to deliver my satisfaction from their service. I’m walking away with an oil change along with some air filter replacements for an AMAZING price. I was also able to leave a minimal deposit towards buying the new tires I desperately need and will be coming back to get them on. These guys are AWESOME. Will be recommending to friends as well as coming back for maintenance.

Call on my lunch break and talked with a sales person about the tires I wanted and got a quote on, so went after work to pay for the tires and he wasnt there so jime help me out but didnt want to honored the price the sales person told me, wow way to do business jime, I guess he was having a bad day, Google reviews were great thats the reason I called and went, so much for that

My reason for deducting one star is that even though I made an appointment, it was not honored and I had to wait 3 hours for my car to be done because they were short staffed. The service manager and techs were friendly. I will be back and hopefully wont wait as long.

Came in today for oil change and with my van having vibrating and shaky at 65/mph or above. Art was so patient to walk me through the issues and solutions to fix that. Even though I wasn’t able to get everything done due to my budget, but he was so helpful to work with my budget and offer a plan for me to save money for.. I am glad to find this place. Highly recommend it!

Great first visit. I found myself with a flat tire the night before and some coworkers helped me put some air to tide me over until the next day. One of them recommended I get my flat fixed at the American Tire Depot and so I looked them up. The Santa Ana location on Grand was the closest to home so I made an appointment that night online. That was very convenient and then the next morning when I went in they had my paper work all printed out already. Everyone was super friendly and I just hung out in their waiting area while they fixed my flat and did an oil change. They got it all done in just under an hour and I only had to pay for the oil change. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.
