Great bunch of guys. Work really hard. As far as customer satisfaction and customer service not impressed. They tried to charge me to correct issues for work I already paid for that they rushed through to perform. I will never go back. My two front brand new tires at $300 a piece are being chewed apart lees than 1,800 miles because of their faulty alignment. Also my steering wheel is still crooked as hell and the balance weights on my brand new Wheels fell off the next day in my driveway. Cody told me hed have to charge me $60 to reattach weights and to rotate tires. If anything I should send them a bill for two new front tires and the bill after having it realigned by a professional shop.

Cody and Richard are super helpful. Bought and installed new BFG KM 3s on my Taco and the price was reasonable. I followed up by purchasing and installing a Baja 30 light bar. Chris, the tech, did the installation which was quick, professional and precise. Great place!

I made a $753.81 onboard compressor order on 6/25 online and it was deducted from my account immediately. After several weeks went by I called many many times and never received my order so I had to ask for my money back and that happened on 7/29. I won’t Buy from there ever again.

6/5/2018Great shop to go to whether you are a big off-road guy or just want to give your truck some flavor. Richard hooked me up with price competitive deals on new wheels, tires, leveling kit with control arms and AMP Powerboards. Truck came out great and they delivered on what they said they would do in the time they quoted. No nickel and dining afterwards and good advice. Highly recommended.

To all you Naysayers..I have a 2wd dodge van that I have set up for off road camping and of course NOBODY makes anything off road for it and I wanted a grill guard/ light bar I had it in my head and on paper just not on my van so I ended up at Outlaw and Conner and his team put my idea into motion and fabd up exactly what I wanted within a couple of days..so Ive got a couple of more ideas that Im going to throw at them... I know they know how to turn a dream into reality

CUSTOMER BEWARE*******Spoke with a great customer sales rep, Oscar, guy knows his stuff and will help you build your rig.Stayed over an hour talking numbers and exactly what I wanted and needed for the rig. After we agreed on a price, Oscar needed to get approval from, CONNOR for the sale to go through. CONNOR gave the okay and I paid in cash up front for all services.I get a call the next day from CONNOR trying to sell me a completely different suspension set up ICON Stage 1, (dont know why we already agreed on what I needed for the rig), he then explains how the suspension I chose is not as good as ICON....I explain how I have done my research and the company I chose is superior and is a better fit for me.**** THIS BECOMES INTERESTING ****He then explains how Oscar misquoted everything and I would have to pay $500 more due to the mistake.... (I dont know about the readers reading this but does that make sense? As I recall you gave the approval, I have paperwork stating you did, for everything...) I told him ill drive 70 miles back to pick up what I dropped off.A company back tracking, and trying to get more from a customer when everything is already signed and agreed upon is unacceptable. I appreciate the fact that you showed your true self.Everything has been recorded and will be sent to BBB. I think we can all agree that a business should stand behind what they sell, state, and advertise.Thank you for reading this have a great day!

I see mixed emotions and reviews but I never listen to the whining little dushbags that want their hands held every step of the way. Outlaw is a quality shop that knows the industry. Quality work counts. If you want a best friend, get a dog. You want your truck tricked out, call Outlaw and take in your truck. Simple answer.

Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a simple load lifter airbag install. I told the guys in advance that my truck is my livelihood in that I own a construction company and need it to deliver materials and haul stuff to and from the job sites. Got there as they opened and was ensured that I would have my truck by closing time. Received a call at 4 that they would need my truck until the next day since they got behind and I reminded him of my work situation and told them Id bring in a case of beer to whoever stayed late to get it done. Chris said ok Ill make sure its done tonight. Roughly 1 hour later I got another call and Chris informed me that they had in fact ordered the wrong part and that the good news was Id have my truck back in time. I cant even explain how big of a disappointment this was to hear. A full day of productivity and income in the trash and for absolutely nothing accomplished on my truck. As a business owner this screams lack of interest and professionalism. I know they have a large following and a fair group of clients who are willing to throw big money into their trucks, its written all over their front drive in the way of very expensive project vehicles. My impression was that my little thousand dollar project was barely worth their attention. They did offer to discount the service and get it done next week but I have a desert trip planned and was counting on having this job done to tow my 18k fifth wheel in 2 days. Pretty bummed out.

Shop asking for $$ to fix work they did in the first place.I had the steering rack replaced in my Tacoma and my regular mechanic didnt get the alignment right, so I brought it here (has a lift & tires installed by Outlaw, which I explained to the guy at the desk). They offered a $95 inspection and said they would give me a call before doing any work. Get the call and they claim it needs a frame chop and re-weld (!!!) for $450, plus some other work totaling about a grand. No thanks.By the way, it was running just fine before I had the rack replaced. So I know the setup works fine, after all it was Outlaw who installed it in the first place.

Worse experience ever!I bring Snorkel, winch front bumper, light, CB radio...Promised me to get my back in 2days. And received a call said that it would be extra work need to be done and cannot finished on time. My off-road weekend was cancelled due to my car sitting in the parking lot for the whole weekend and not even started working. After 3 days, I went back to the shop. Guess what? My car was still in parking lot with no work done! They said they are short of mechanic right now. This is just ridiculous!I would never come to this shop again. Should read the reviews before calling them 😂😂😂

Disappointed!!!! Called for Conner and never got a call back, brought truck in, talked to sales team he came out and I was very descriptive on what I wanted done, said he would send me a bid, three day later I called him, left a message, no call back just a bid came that was wrong and not even what I asked for, way high, took to another specialty shop in Costa Mesa and got my work done. Guess they dont need the business anymore.

If you are looking for a professional off road truck shop with everything you need for your truck, then you are in luck. Outlaw Off-road also gave me really good care and customer service. They are my go to shop.

Called to make an appointment to get my new truck lifted, was on hold for 11 minutes when the guy came back on and told me Id have to keep waiting becauseIts only me here and I have customers. He was gone again before I could suggest he take my number... Besides, what am I? Chopped liver?How about training your employees on excellent service and phone etiquette?

I said a bad review of outlaw off road but after seeing the results and the work I say otherwise good work very happy for the work they did to me, only the problem was some parts that they are not to blame but after all excellent work..

Best off riding machines you could ask for. Everything is great about this place. If your into off road vehicles that is.

Won’t be buying anything from here again and if my item dosnt ship within the next day or two I’m canceling. Y’all had one job and ya dropped the ball big time.Every other shop has shipped everything for this event except you guys. Everyone did their part shipping things out on time and having them in stock and their inventory up to date online except y’all!I shoulda read the reviews first!Theirs always that one shop that holds everything up. Such a shame!

I ordered a set of Fox 3.0 coilovers for my raptor and was told they wouldnt ship for 2 months, fine! No problem, Ill wait. My truck got totaled a couple weeks ago and I emailed them to let them know I would need to cancel my order, I got no response. I ended up emailing them several more times over the past two weeks and no one has responded to any of my emails. I finally called to speak to someone and was on hold for a while before finally talking to someone and they told me they would send the info over to Connor to cancel the order and then send me an email after we got off the phone to confirm the orders cancellation. I never received any confirmation and no one contacted me again after that. Its been about a week now and I decided to call back. Again they told me they would send it over to Connor to cancel and email me and I have not received any email. Come one guys! This is ridiculous and if I dont get a refund confirmation in the next day or two Im going to dispute this on my credit card.

Stores not open when they say it is. They only answer phones when they feel they want too. I put a down payment on a leveling kit and they were apparently closed at 1 pm on a day that theyre supposed to close at 4 pm. I work a ton so now I gotta wait a whole more week to get my truck worked on for somethin I already paid for half way. Not cool

Decent service, but slow if you dont have a Rapter or want to spend 20k. Consistently miss small details, but willing to help. Still better than going to a dealer for most work.

Called to hopefully order a tire rack and full size spare tire and rim, was put on hold for 7 minutes. Hung up and called back and was greeted with could you please hold. Not a lot of money but they lost about $850 of my business

Knowledgable staff, helped me figure out what i needed/wanted. They had plenty of swag and shinny stuff along with heavy duty lets play/work products. Pricing was very competitive with other shops i visited for work.

Called up Outlaw because they were the only offroad shop open at the time because I just had a lift put on & my shocks are overextended causing no travel even though 4WP confirmed they would work with the lift! Richard spent the time with me and sent me to 4WP to get the parts faster because I cant drive it right now. Wait what!? An offroad shop sending business away for the customers best interest?! I live in Riverside but next upgrade Im going to have to be making a trip out to Santa Ana!

I think this is truly the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. I originally came in for shocks and steering stabilizers on my truck. I ordered everything and spent about 1400 bucks. To cut a long story short its on week 4 without my truck because the stuff they ordered didnt work.At my job I order parts all the time that simply dont work, I get that. But I called and told them they didnt fit so they ordered the right ones. And I waited another week for shipment and it turns out they ordered the same ones. Even after I showed pictures of them not fitting he insisted that I drive down and let them install it because they were the right ones (keep in mind this will be the 3rd time I drove it down here 30 minutes from my house, only this time without any shocks).So now were coming on week 3, I drive down Friday (the day he told me to come back) without shocks and he tells me that they can do it and he says they can do it on monday. After some arguing he says he can do it but it will take about 2 hours. About 4 hours later I ask him what is taking so long and he brings me back and tries to explain why they dont work which I have already explained to him twice. So he orders me a nicer brand for free but now I have mismatched brands on my truck.Here I am at week 4 because everytime new shocks had to be ordered he would try to expidite them and didnt. 5 trips down here, standard shipping 3 times, getting pushed for other customers, not to mention I NEVER received a phone call from this place. I had to call every single time and almost every single time was told they would call me back and didnt.Take this how you will, and Im not one to leave reviews but I have never felt so tossed to the side as I have here. Would not recommend to anyone.

So bummed, had an Icon lift put on and after 2 months the upper control arm bushings popped out. Took it back to have them replaced under warranty which was cool but the truck developed a horrible creaking sound. Took it to Allen tire for alignment and turns out it was WAY out of adjustment and there were a ton of loose bolts that were not tightened causing the creaking noises. Now truck drives straight as an arrow and no noise. Got a killer deal on the Icon parts and labor, but geez guys loose bolts?? Could of been disastrous for me.

Stopped by Outlaw Off-Road a little after 1pm this Monday, June 4th determined to spend a good chunk of $$$$$ on wheels, tires and a lift on my Super Duty. I cant speak or rate their mechanical service, however, the sales staff behind the counter their something else... they didnt even acknowledge my buddy and I, instead they were looking at us as if we were going to steal something...Really! Moreover, a cute girl stopped by and one of the guys from behind the counter quickly jumped to assist her... LOL!!! (Shaking My Head). Oh well, I was trying to avoid driving all the way to San Bernardino to have So Cal Super Trucks do the work on my Super Duty. I guess stereotyping Outlaw Off-Road doesnt need my business. Outlaw Off-Road management you should really consider sending your sales staff to a customer service skills class or seminar. Sincerely, $$$$$Potential Disappointed Customer$$$$$

2 weeks ago gave deposit for new lift kit (dually f350) and still not scheduled in, willing to spent more than 5k in new wheels,tires,lift kit,etc / clearly here if u do not spent more than that outlaw - offroad front desk will not be interested -wow / just called american express to claim deposit back after several times trying to talk to guy big Osk for final decision on my black wheels / left messages at front desk and after 3 days not contacted per big guy Osk.take time to read reviews and do not get impressed for outlaw place

I was driving by on the freeway on my way to 4wheelparts, I did not know this place existed so I decided to stop by to check it out. I was met with very helpful staff who helped me find a high steer swaybar braket and high steer track bar mount for my 2001 Jeep TJ. Went here the other day after having some lift problems. Quoted me $905. 500 parts and 405 labor. Parts at OReilly cost me 175 and my amature labor took 2 hours. Doubt Ill go back...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and EVEN WORSE PRICING!!!If you are not spending 30k or more they are rude and not helpful! I liked a couple of wheels that was hanging on their display board. When I inquired about them, they told me they were discontinued. Well then get them off your display board!!!! Then I found another wheel I liked and just wanted to take it outside to hold up on my truck for looks. NOPE cant do it! The wheels do not come off of the display board and they were not going to help any other way! Then the guy at the counter was too busy to help me in a timely manner so I had to leave and he was to call me back. He never called back even after I called back 3 times.Before all this, I got a quote on a leveling kit for a GMC 2500. The quoted price was over $900. I got the same leveling kit done elsewhere for $475.ps. I thought Outlaw was the only option around, Until I called Full tilt offroad in San Clemente. They were absilutley grat and had a completely different experience then I did at Outlaw! OUTLAW SUCKS!!!

(Repost cause google didnt like my language in the last review) The guy I talked to at the counter was rude as hell. Wanted to get a quote for my ranger and I came in knowing at least what shocks I wanted. He said well go with these shocks instead (more expensive) I said Id really prefer the ones I said Id like, he said these are better, im thinking sure they are but my wallet doesnt like THOSE shocks. He included the shocks he said in the quote even though I said exactly what I wanted. No regards for the customers budget at ALL. Not to mention he quoted me $1000. Which was $400 more than the guys at 4 wheel parts. What a waste of a cool company name on these people. Take your truck/Jeep to 4wheelparts, camburg or deaver springs. Much friendlier and professional service there.

My experience with outlaw started off shaky to say the least. However after speaking with them (Darren specifically) and going over the situation the transaction ended up being resoled. How a company deals with problems goes a long way, so if you need a review on Outlaw making things right I can attest they do such a thing. I will be a returning customer as my need for parts arises.
