Originally went to Orange shop and the salesman named Vince really went out of his way to locate my hard to find parts,, Vince was polite, knowledgable and was patient while locating the place they stocked it...I would highly recommend Vince!!

Hands down great place to go! We broke down and needed brakes so we had to change them in the parking lot. Luckily I brought They made sure I had everything I needed. Even when I placed a pickup order online and it was the wrong part they helped me with getting the correct one without hassle. I order alot of parts in my home town and do alot of work on older vehicles but I learned something new from them today. Thanks Jose and carquest for making my bad day of my vacation a bit better.

Came in for my first time and you have three employees just look at me as I walk-in. There was no greeting and welcome and no one asked to if I needed any help with anything. Another guy walks in and hes greeted and was asked what can I help you with today? This was puzzling and I highly recommend that management fixes the customer service here. Autozone is right down the street!

Worst customer service. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. We’ve been stranded asking for anyone for a jump start and after 8 straight “No”’s we went inside and even asked the employees (giving the fact that they sell portable jumpers) we thought they would be able to help....NOPE. not one person. It’s been 45 mins. Yet still no help.

If I could give zero stars I would.I drove from the Central Valley to SoCal for my dyno tune appointment. I wanted to get some spark plugs for backup. Decided to go to Carquest because I noticed that they had a price match guarantee locally or online compared to Oreilly Auto Parts. I’m sure it was just this location, but I went and asked for the spark plugs, then asked about the price match policy with Amazon.The cashier told me they don’t price match at all locally or online.Then I brought up the price match guarantee policy on the website, and he said, we don’t price match amaozn because it’s not an auto parts store. Nowhere in the website does it exclude Amazon...I then found the same spark plugs on another auto parts website, and he told me that they don’t price match at all...again. Left the location without a purchase.

I had a bad experience here recently, 2 bad alternators back to back. So i decided that i would like to just take my business somewhere else, but when i asked for my money back thats when all the problems start no management was to be found for my refund which i ended up getting but with way too much of a hastle. Poor customer service i wont be coming back.

The person that helped us didnt know what he was talking about and sold us the completely wrong batteries for our RV. Thank goodness when we went back after dealing with all the problems it caused the manager was polite a and cordial and refunded us 100%
