Somebody was trying to steal tools from my Honda Insight. The front passenger window was shattered in tiny pieces but it did not brake thanks to the window tint. I googled and found this place. The owner is a real professional. It took about 30 mins to replace the glass. I would highly recommend this shop. It is not easy to find honest professionals now days. The rates are fair and affordable.

We had to replace the 1/4 window on a 99 Chevy S10 after a break-in. It turned out to be a hard thing to find and replace. At first, John at Specialists Auto Glass wasn’t sure that he could find the right glass. But he immediately called us back and let us know that he had found the glass and would notify us when it was in. We got a call the next day and made an appointment for the following day. This glass must be riveted in so they had to drill out the old rivets and put new ones in. The whole job was finished in about 20 minutes! The price was less than we had been quoted elsewhere. The shop was very clean and John and his team wore masks they entire time. Great experience all around.

I needed to replace my windshield and got quoted over $300 by Safelite. My sister in law looked around and found this place with great reviews. Called them up and the quote was nearly half of what Safelites. Great service, friendly, and was in and out in less than an hour. Ive been to a lot of different auto shops for my car and this is probably the first one where they didnt talk down to me because of my age. Everything was clear and respectful.Definitely recommend for anyone in the OC area, worth the drive even if you are a bit of the ways out. They also replaced my wiper blades for a great price too!

Was sent here by geico. And honestly i 100% recommend this place. I had my wind shield repaired. While i was waiting with no appointment. I did notice that he was super fast with all his customers. nd when it was my turn he was just as fast. They are all hard and fast workers. Non stop and they dont mess around and they dont waste ur time! Which is awesome! Geico covered it for free but when I saw the invoice, it was only $60! Safelite was going to be $150+!! I will be coming back for any windsheild problems!!

Amazing service! Very kind owner. I set up an appointment for 8:30. I work night shift so I headed over right after and I got there at 7:40. I was fully intending on waiting until 8:30 because I live about 30 min away and I didnt want to drive back and forth. Well, the owner was already there! He got me out of there by 8am! In mid-December 2018 I had an accident, and I had to change two windows in my car. As it turned out, it was supposed to cost $ 400-550. Asked for a quote for windshield replacement and whether the condensation sensor on the windshield will be included in the new glass or reattached from my old glass. Simple question with a simple answer. He didn’t answer my question but gave me a quote.I asked him again and didn’t receive an answer. I needed to know that the sensor will still work because my car is a lease. I ask the third time and the owner tells me to call him if I have any questions and gives me his number, so I gave him a call to ask about the sensor to which he replies, “If you ask any more questions I’m going to charge you $5 per question.”I told him that I’ve been trying to ask him the same question from my quote and that it’s an easy question, and he replies that he was just joking. A joke or not, the way he treats his potential customers like they are inconveniencing him by asking questions made me choose another business. I’m glad I decided to shop around too as I found a better deal for the same glass and closer to home.

So I called this company a day before to get a estimate on my 2016 Kia . The guy quoted me 175$ parts and labor . I showed up today in pouring rain! And the owner tells me its actually 299$ . He said his employee made a mistake and wrote down 2015 even though I repeated 2016 to him 2 times and he repeated it back to me. He said that the best he can do is 275 for the mistake they made . I told him I would think about it but Im reality I called another place thats way closer to my home . They quoted me 135$ parts and labor . And I am writing this review as I watch them install it and they are doing a great job . Be careful with this company as they do a bate and switch. The guy told me that no one is going to beat his 275$ discounted price . I am glad I called his bluff because it saved me 140!!!!

I recently took my 1962 Impala for a complete Glass Installation. The care is fully restored car and my familys pride and joy. We had a windshield damaged by a tinting place and they sent us to this place to replace the windshield. On the outside of the windshield are two plastic Trim pieces that run the left and right edges of the windshield.When we picked up he car we did not understand why there was tape going over just the trim. We understood the reason why they taped the glass windshield to he trim piece with horizontal pieces of tape but not this.When we took off the tape the trim piece was cracked and now it all makes sense. They taped along the trim piece to conceal the damage they caused. This is complete deceptionWhen we called them they said that they told the window tinting place there was a risk of breaking that trim piece. But they never told us. They refused to pay for it which is about $250 to replace. They admitted to cracking it and said the window Tint place is responsible even though Specialist Auto Glass cracked itFurthermore, when the car was picked up, they never told us they cracked it. We had to find out a week later when we took off the tape they laid down to cover everything else. The window Tint place decided to cover the cost and stepped up because Specialist Auto Glass would notDeceptive practices, and not standing behind their work are what we got when we used this business

Rob took care of me.My car was broken into Thanksgiving and my insurance company wasn’t returning my calls and then said it would cost more to pay the deductible than to just fix my window on my own. So that’s what I did. Rob gave my the lowest quote, and I called over twenty different places from LA to OC to LBC. He fixed it within an hour and even vacuumed all the glass off the seats and floors.He was honestly the nicest. I’m so glad I came here

Worst place to get window alignment done. Plus be ready to pay high prices and get ripped off! I heard the owner tell the employee working on my window to hurry up and leaving it like whatever since they had other customers. When I confronted him about his rude comment and lack of quality work he argued I needed new parts (harnest, window motor) obviously my window worked it was just not aligned properly. He charged me 40 bucks just to align window smh what a RIP off!! Dont come here they dont even use quality glass nothing but cheap China quality.
