I am called multiple times a day by this company. I finally answered and spoke with 3 different people in a matter of 13 minutes. They kept passing me to “higher management”. After learning I needed to make a $125 payment today, I told them I didn’t have it. Austin, the “manager” immediately hung up. Clearly a scam. I called back to get the company information and she was very reluctant to telling me the name. Rude and very unprofessional.

Randomly calling me up to ten times a day after asking MULTIPLE times for them to stop calling me. So annoying

I will be happy to change my rating when you have a valid phone number for me to call so that I can get the required work done on my vehicle. The customer service number I have and that is listed on the internet and that was given to me by the payment processing center is OUT OF SERVICE. YOU TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH BUT WHEN I NEED TO USE THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR YOUR NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE!!!

I’m giving a four star for customer service. I spoke with David. He sold me on a car warranty. However, after reading the reviews I was turned off and decided to call back to get a refund. He tried to persuade me to atleast wait until I received the booklet (premium information) before I made my decision. He was very nice and understanding. I had no issue reaching customer service and I had no issue receiving my refund. I received my refund a week later considering it was the New Year. I’m very pleased with the customer service. Unlike the other reviews my experience was a good one. I may even reconsider. Thanks again David! You were articulate and respectful.

I would like to give only a 1/2 star but its not available. This company does not know the meaning of remove phone from calling list. These need to go back from where they came from. This so-called company needs to shut down and the callers need to be arrested for harassment.

Constantly Harassing Me on a Factory Warranty that ran out in 2020. Have all NUMBERS and TEXTS given and sent to me. My lawyer will be in Contact if I GET ONE MORE CALL which will make 20 in 3 days

This company is a scam. All you gotta do to find this out is just ask for information. These guys call me every day so I’ve been wasting their time with fake information. No matter how many times i’ve said for them to take me off their call list they just will not do it. It’s a really obvious scam too. If these nuts call you just ask for as much information as possible and they will fail every time to give you anything real.

They do illegal spoof calls. I called the telemarketer out on it saying im on the DNC and they did an illegal spoof call. They immediately hung up lmao

For years you nuts have been calling me. I was annoyed at first...but after realizing that no matter how many times I asked to be removed from your calling list, you would continue to call, I decided it made more sense to waste your time. so thats what I do. At least twice a week an agent will call and give me the same ridiculous BS, so Ill listen to the whole thing, answer questions (always giving different answers) then Ill just put them on hold when it comes time for payment :) I reckon Ive wasted hours, and hours of this companies time over the past year and half or so.Fun as its been, quit calling me.

I agree 100% this is not a real or credible company. They went into my bank account and took money out without my permission. I told them I couldnt afford their insurance and that I would have to get back to them, and they didnt wait. They went into my account without my permission. I told them I didnt have any money, and they overdrew my account by $198.00 that I had to borrow to pay the bank. I have an attorney working on this as we speak. I am going through a medical crises and I told them that, and I was all but called a liar and the young women I talked to that one time was somewhat hostel. I am sick and I didnt have the strength to argue with her because she was getting somewhat hostel. Please dont purchase this insurance, it is a SCAM

Absolute scam. DO NOT give these people your money. Tried to cancel my warranty, had never used. They said I would get a prorated refund, I followed all steps they required and since sending in my request they have yet to ever answer my call, its as if they have my number blocked. I always go straight to their voice mail regardless of what time of day I call. Ive called 52 times over 4 days and no one answers. 100% scam. Save your money. Do not use this company.

I have a 2006 car that has a trade in value of maybe $1000. This company has been pestering me for years about purchasing an extended protection plan for this vehicle. First, the plan would cost many times more that the car is worth, and second, who in their right mind would want to get a warranty plan on a car this old. They have been calling me regularly for about 2 years now. I have asked them to take me off of their calling list but to no avail. Other than being ONE BIG ANNOYANCE, I know nothing else about them and surely would not want to do business with such an unethical company that is selling warranties on cars older than 10 years old......My feelings about this company is that they are just SCAMMERS.

Company is a scam dont give them any of your information! They just replied saying I wasnt a policy holder even though they had me pay for a premium car warrenty and took longer than a week to get a refund, almost impossible to get a hold of their customer service.

I tried cancelling within the first 30 days and they wouldnt return my calls. I got them to answer the day after I signed up to cancel, told me I COULD NOT cancel yet. NO legit company would tell you that. They continued to take out ANOTHER months payment after countless messages stating I cancel. Complete trash company and they need to be shut down. Unprofessional, deceitful, customer care is non existent. Do not give this company any of your time or money. If I lived in California I would be at their front door exposing them.

Any one having trubble get the better bis buro you can report them in my case because i wanted to cancel my policy after I set it up they gave me a bunk service number so I called the bank and tolled them what happend they called me back and tried to persade me to stay the lady I spoke with had a real bad attitude with me more on the lines of a theret so if they call hang up wish I never answerd the phone

This company is a con. They don’t cover anything that will actually happen to your car. (Brake coverage does not cover brakes) wth? Rude customer service when you try to cancel. They make it seem nice and like they are giving you a deal but DO NOT FALL FOR IT. CANCEL AS SOON AS YOU CAN. Manager actually called my personal number back to curse me out. They called the right one though because I let them have it. Now worried I won’t get a refund but I have reported the company to the Better business bureau and recommend to do the same if you have been scammed. And I’m sure the response to this review will be unprofessional, so take note. I submitted a screenshot of our call log to the BBB so hopefully they record phone calls.

I have been scammed by this company have tried to call time after time to no avail. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying but they told me on the phone if I hung up I was no longer eligible for the offer. Probably part of the scam. It just sounded nice at the time to have some extra overage on my cruze. I am very disappointed about this and very stressed out. Greatful that my credit card company Capital One is working to dispute these charges. They are a fantastic credit card company. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE PROTECTION FOR YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE. You are not even able to get ahold of customer care. Save your money yourself for any future repairs. Once again this is a SCAM.

Calls everyday will not stop

They will not give you an actual business name or address. When I ask for any details they hang up on me. I keep calling back the same way they do me.

Scammers!!! If you got money to give away then they sure will take that and some!!! They made unauthorized transactions to my account more than once even after I ask them to remove my info!!!
