The work itself was minor and was done with no issue. He overcharged me and did not honored his original quote after the repair was done!. I had to changed my cars passenger mirror and I took my car to this shop. He quoted me $300 and took $200 deposit. When I went back to install it, he surprised me with some unexpected charges including ~$280 for a part, $60 for a paint, ~55 tax and ~$40 labor. (+420) I asked why he is not honoring his quote and he said that that was only for a part which is not true. I did shop around and I asked him for the total and to I got it in written, when he noted my $200 deposit. He did not honor it anyways and it was too much hassle for me so I decided to just pay and leave. He took part of labor out and I ended up paying $400.
If I could give 10 stars to Metro Auto Center then I would. I got into an accident and they were so quick, nice and friendly, they even called enterprise for me so I could rent a car to finish running my errands. They also took care of all my insurance needs.Omid, I wish you managed every shop I have ever gone to in my life. Customer service is your gift to humanity. From the moment I met you, I was blown away by your non-stop, more than expected service. As far as the actual bodywork goes, you managed to match my black paint so well that it is unnoticeable from any angle. Your price was also way less than the other four quotes I got. You are a gift from god, thank you !!!!
Excellent service and quick to compose any shock. And the reasonable price. And all the painting is original. I recommend working with insurance and also give you a reasonable price if you want to rule on your own.
