This review is based on my experience in resolving an insurance claim. First off nobody is happy they’ve been an accident and you’re likely not going to be a happy camper until you’re made to feel whole again. I came in on a Thursday (day after my fender bender) for an estimate. I was greeted by Cathy at the front desk and I was set up with Jose Moreno. He came outside and did his thing to provide me with an estimate. Once I received it I was advised to drop off my car on Monday. Monday rolls around and I’m there on Monday dropping my rig off for what might be a week. If you’re lucky to have access to a 2nd car or your insurance includes car rental service, you have no reason to sweat it. I had none of those. HOWEVER, Dealer Services provided me with a complimentary car rental from Enterprise for 5 days!! Yes, a complimentary car rental!! Who does that? They do apparently. Enterprise came by to pick me up and all I did was fill out some forms and leave a 100 dollar deposit via my bank card at Enterprise (basic car rental rules, etc). Friday comes around and Dealer Services calls to tell me my car is ready. I rush over, greeted by Cathy again(friendly) and Jose pulls my car around. She looks marvelous! Like nothing happened. Paint is blended in and you can’t tell the fender was replaced. Dealer Services even provided a complimentary wash and vacuum. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. I recommend you try them out. The reviews speak for themselves. This is not a paid review nor was I given a free Buy One Get One coupon for Burger King.

I have used Dealers Service for my personal vehicles, and referred a few friends and every single time we have been extremely happy with the quality and price. I work in the professional auto detailing industry and am very good at identifying poor quality body work/paint/paint finishing - that said, these guys have absolutely nailed it every single time.

I am very satisfied with my experience with dealer service they went above and beyond my expectations! Five stars go to Mr Jose Lopez, his customer service was amazing he was friendly professional, communicative, and trustworthy! My car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks and he made sure that I was taking care of from day one from when they towed my car to take it to the shop from my house to sending me photos of my car to update me, explaining all the work being done to my car, to contacting my insurance and the rental company to deal with them, He even met me at the shop when my car was ready on his day off! I am so grateful he definitely made a bad situation less stressful thank you so much Mr. Lopez being in the same industry customer service is very important to me so on that note I would definitely recommend using Dealer Service for your next Auto repair needs

My experience with Dealers Service couldnt have been better.My car door got caught in the wind and dinged the day before. I spoke to Victor that afternoon and he told me to bring the car in the next morning, and his guys would take a look at it. When I got there he said it looked pretty minor, his guys could take the ding out in a few minutes, and he wouldnt charge me. True to his word, 10 mins later my car is back out front, the ding is bent back out, and I was on my way. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, there is a reason these guys have such great reviews online!

These guys do a great job! Brought my Tesla in for front bumper repair and its impossible to tell that it was damaged to begin with. On top of that they offer free car rental while your car is in the shop. Great place!

I was totally impressed with Dealers Service and they exceeded my expectations. They were excellent and a 5-star body shop. Dealers Service was one of the names my insurance company, Electric Insurance, gave me to use. After a comparison of other names on the list using Yelp, the reviews were excellent. I am so thrilled I decided to use them. I worked with Jose Moreno, who helped get everything set up for me. My car was ready just when they said it would be. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident. When repairing it, they were able to buff out a small area of scratches that had been bothering me and at no charge. They matched the paint beautifully on my Lexus and you cant tell that I was ever in an accident. I appreciated their quick service, dependability, and the manner in which I was helped by Jose. From the time I walked in for an estimate, I was able to start the repair 3 days later after approvals. Jose made it so easy for me. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends.

I recommend good shop dealer service

Superior service and very professional. Why did I not rate 5 stars? My car was not ready by the day promised, nor the next day, nor the next. They did make this up to me which I appreciate a lot, but lack of timeliness loses a star. Also, they missed two minor physical damaged things and incorrectly diagnosed/repaired an electronic issue, requiring a second visit. They still only fixed one of the three things, adding additional delay, but were very reasonable and allowed me to bring the car to a dealer to address the electronic issue and receive reimbursement.

It took them a month to finally have my vehicle fixed. Their work was fine, but they assured my car’s AC was going to be fixed they got their check from the insurance but my AC still not working? And I was the one following up with them because I guess they were to busy to call me with any updates. Not the best experience!

I rarely write a review, as it is time consuming for me, but this place is so helpful. I called about a service that I needed done to my vehicle immediately. I found these guys on google. Anyway, I wanted to make sure I would be able to get in fast so I called this company in advance to inquire about my situation and to see if I needed to book an appointment. The agent said no, just bring my vehicle by and they would have a look at it. I brought it by super quick because the shop was near me. When I entered the office, I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I had a seat, and in a few minutes an Estimator came out to greet me. I showed him what it was that I really needed to fix that day, and that I just wanted a quick fix. The agent took my vehicle around back, and in less than 30 mins, it was fixed! Thank you Jose Lopez for taking good care and listening to my very need. Great, professional, and friendly service. I would highly recommend these guys.

This is the first review I am writing for any kind of business. I absolutely love this place. They are very professional, very welcoming and respond immediately to any queries. This guy Victor Pineda is the best. I interacted with him while my car was there at the body shop and he is a joy to work with. After the service was done, they returned my car in pristine condition. Had an issue with our Volvo drivers seat and decided to bring it to Dealers Service for further examination. The team was super friendly and helpful right from the start. They not only fixed the issue with the seat motor, but helped with a light lens issue that we were having as well. After only about 30 minutes of waiting, Leno came back to us and told us everything was fixed, FREE OF CHARGE. I cant begin to tell you all how much this means to us. Unfortunately, I am at Dealers Service all the time. I have 6 children with Driver Licenses, and my wife and I have been known to crash our cars, so I have spent WAY more time there than most people. They are always nice, professional, and do great work. You cant go wrong with Dealers Service.

I met with them several times--I kept forgetting things in my car. They were very professional and helpful. My car ended up being totaled--thats why they didnt do repairs. But they communicated well throughout the process and were always friendly.

Front office offers excellent service from the moment that you open the door, the owner and the team made all process worry free and high quality. Highly recommended place.

The best body shop! Dealers Service is the best I have ever been to! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcomed and made the process very simple. My daughter had been in a major accident in her Mini Cooper and the front was completelly smashed in. They repaired the vehicle and today it looks like brand new. Ten years ago my 2003 Passat wagon was rear ended, lots of damage. Dealers Service did an outstanding job making the car whole again.In recent years, the repainted paint faded as do most non factory silver paint seem to. I called Dealers Service and dealt with Leno Gutierrez the manager. Expecting pushback and excuses, Leno treated me better than I can remember dealing with automotive repairs places. He promised to redo all painted areas and actually went beyond the original areas just so all areas match after so many years being in the sun.I could not believe this company actualy kept their promise made ten years ago.Not only that but Leno was actually happy to see us satisfied and treated us with courtesy and respect.The car was done on time at no cost and the results were just beautiful. Honestly, I wish there were more Lenos and Dealers Service type companies out there. I felt I was back in the day when you could trust and value a vendor. Awesome service!!! attention to customer!! knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. These are just a few words that describe my awesome experience with this establishment. i remembered them from years ago when they did impecable body work on my Honda. This time around no differrent. I felt welcomed and appreciated right from the start. They performed work on a damaged door cylander and bad tailgate latch on a 2005 tahoe. As usual they beat their own deadline. my vehicle was not ready in a day and a half as promised, it was done later that day. the speed in wich they ordered and got the ORIGINAL parts was phenomenal!!!!Leno your awesome and a master at what you do.
