I have a Tesla Model 3 LR and got into an accident on the 55S freeway. I called Tesla for assistance, although they referred me to the Auto Collision Group in Santa Ana. From the moment I arrived to the day I picked up my vehicle, the service was outstanding. Carlos was the one who primarily helped me on my car’s repairs and was proactive in making sure my vehicle was in perfect condition and delivered back to me as soon as possible. A very kind and professional employee of the company. I recommend having him help you out if you ever need to drop off your car for maintenance and/or service!

After my Model X Tesla go hit suffered front end damage on both sides. I took it to a shop a friend recommended and had a really bad experience. Thanks to another friend recommending Auto Collision Group in Santa Ana I moved the car over there and my experience was like night and day. A thank you to Carlos and Gabriel they satisfied all my concerns and did an exceptional job. I was so sure I was going to trade the my beloved Model X in that I had ordered a new one. But when I got the car back. They did so a good job I decided to keep it and cancelled the order. I highly recommend this shop and I am sure Carlos and Gabriel will take care of you.

ACG worked on my Tesla and delivered it back to me with a faulty steering box, the car veered right. I returned it to be repaired and my car came back with damage to two rims and the front fender of the car. I returned it again with an agreement they would replace the damaged rims and paint. The representative (David) said he had two new rims and would replace the damaged ones and would repaint my front fender, but when I picked up my car, I discovered they had spray-painted over the damaged rims instead of replacing them. I demanded new rims and weeks later I received them. I will be swapping them out at another tire center so my car isnt further damaged.

I bought my Tesla through a wholesaler and it was damaged in the rear bumper during transit. I couldnt set up an appointment with a Tesla Service Center due to a delay in ownership transition. I was referred by a Tesla service technician to ACG in Santa Ana which is Tesla certified. I was happy with the service for the most part. The replacement for my rear bumper looks great I have no complaints though I do have some critical feedbacks for the staff outside of the actual repair. Initially when I received the estimated cost of repair nobody disclosed to me that the estimate did not include supplemental damages if any are found during the teardown of the damaged part. When my wholesaler received the reimbursement check from the responsible party on my behalf, they signed a piece of paper that basically absolves the responsible party from further liabilities. Fortunately there was no supplemental damages found in my case so I paid nothing out of pocket but it would have been nice to be given a heads up. I would also appreciate it if my inquiries for status updates were promptly responded to. Otherwise I do want to give props to the ACG team in Santa Ana for making accomodations whenever possible. I was renting a vehicle and commuting to LA for work while my Tesla was being repaired and ACG worked with me to keep cost down. Overall my experience with ACG has been positive and I would be returning for future repairs.

Post pandemic parts took a while, but ACG kept me in the loop with an honest assessment of where they were in the repair process. When I called with a question, David was very responsive. He personally stayed late to let me pick up my car. I found everyone at the shop easygoing and friendly. The quality of their work was top notch. It’s as if the accident didn’t happen.

Drop off my Tesla model 3. David Tzing took care of everything as well as the car rental for the first week before my insurance took over. Repair was done and made sure everything is in proper order and condition. Both receptionist are well verse and very professional.The waiting area is very clean, organized and the cleaning crew are on top of everything.I highly recommend this place for any Tesla body repair needs.Thanks again.

I was given the runaround regarding what was being done on my car and when it would be completed. It was only until I told you guys that I needed a rental (because they had my car for three weeks!) and got the adjuster involved, that they made my lowly Honda a priority over their fleet (contract) of Teslas. Despite being told that the entire car had been painted, the old hairline scratches on the trunk remained, and I have circular scratches near the rear, right side. Do NOT go here!

A month after purchasing my new Tesla, I was rear ended getting on to the freeway. Now Tesla’s take time to get parts for, and that is beyond the shops control. But from the moment I dropped my car off, I was kept in the loop at every step about everything that was going on. I was informed when my parts were ordered, when the insurance company approved work, when the parts came in, and how long it would take to complete all the work.Well today I picked up my car, and my fears of my new car never being new again, we’re completely vanquished! The car looks brand new, better than ever, they also detailed the vehicle before giving it back!I can’t express my gratitude enough! The attention to detail, communication, and hard work will not be forgotten! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing any work done to their vehicle.

I would highly recommend Auto Collision Group. They are very professional. Carlos and Gabriel were fantastic. They keep you up to date on your car repairs, answer any questions you have. They quoted me an approximate date my car would be ready. They finished 3 days early. They are also wonderful in dealing with your insurance company. I am very pleased with their service. The staff is also very pleasant and professional. They did a great job on my car. My Tesla Model 3 looks new again. So far everything is operating great. You will not get better customer service. We never want to have an accident but they made it less dramatic.

Gabriel and Carlos were both amazing to work with. Brought my Model 3 here after being rear ended. They ordered all the parts from Tesla and I received emails as the parts came in. They took care of some other issues for me as well and were both so extremely nice along the entire process.

ACG was recommended by Tesla. The shop is clean and well set up. Almost all of the cars in the shop were Tesla so that led me to believe they are experienced in fixing these cars. They did a great job fixing the car and matching the paint. While the damage did not seem that extensive, the shop clearly explained everything to me about the repairs that needed to occur. The only delay was related to getting Tesla parts quickly. Tesla was back ordered on parts and COVID did not help the timeline. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop if you are located in the Orange County area.

Took over 2 months to get my car back. trying to get a hold a person handling my car was almost impossible. always never available and a callback never happens. when the cars was finally ready, there were missing parts and broken items. a truck item part was missing. they broke my wireless charger. the tint was missing. radio was not working. i had to send car back to get it re tinted. found out later, that they cheapened out and used 2 films that are cut, instead of using 1 whole film, now i see a line where the tint is cut.days later after i received my car, i noticed all the badging logos are also gone. at this point, i just wanted my car back.

I was referred to ACG by Tesla to get repair work completed on my Model 3 after I was side-swiped on my way to work. Carlos Lara at ACG was in charge of my claim and was fantastic throughout the entire process. I encountered a number of difficulties with my insurance company, and despite my mounting frustration, Carlos remained patient, communicated often, met with me on a whim if stopped by the body shop and made sure I received my car back 100% in pre-accident condition. He looked into every single concern I had and ensured any repairs I felt the vehicle needed were completed regardless of whether insurance agreed or not. I would highly recommend Carlos and ACG to anyone needing to get post-accident repair work done on their vehicle. I am thankful for the entire ACG Team and all their help!
