After being side swiped by a Semi in LA, I found out the insurance companys preferred Auto Body shop could not work on the car due to previous repairs. I could feel my blood pressure rising and my neck tightening up for what I was sure to be a nightmarish ride through referral hell. The body shop referred me to Apex Collision Repair, and after passing on a couple friend referral, I tried them out. I was immediately taken care of with white glove service. When I say immediately, I mean immediately. Apex offered to pick my car up from the current repair shop and contacted both the car rental agency and the insurance company to traspher the work. I received continuous updates throughout the repair. Never once was I unsure of the state the repair was in. After getting my car back it was in better condition than before the accident. I wish I could give more stars. Customer service like this is a rare commodity.

I was recommended to Carlos at APEX and am super happy, I definitely had a positive experience. Carlos was very professional and polite. He absolutely provided great customer service. Carlos at Apex was amazing ! He not only made the whole process easy but my car turned out amazing, like brand new. Carlos gave me an appointment very quickly, sent me a PDF invoice so I could share it, he made the drop off fast & even the repairs on the car were a lot faster than I expected. Once my car was there he let me know that he could fix it lower than what he had originally thought which I think so honest and amazing on his part. He could’ve charged me the full amount but since he realized he could do it a different way and save me money he went with that way and I appreciate it so much !! Carlos was awesome he left my car looking brand new. Body panels were correctly aligned, the paint matched, and customer service was the best. Carlos is the best in the business, he uses the best paints, and has a professional staff with decades of experience.

Amazing work done by Carlos and his team, after being in an accident I was so scared of the entire process to fix my car but Carlos was there every step and made me feel very calm. I took my daughters car in because it looked horrible being in Orlando weather for 7 years... went to Fountain Valley Body works but their estimate was way too high... they referred me to APEX and I was glad they did... the car came back better than we had bought it new! I was so impressed I am thinking on taking my car to get it painted as well.
