Very dissapointed i have been a costumer for many years before they even moved to this place. My teen daughter knew this was my to go flower shop . She went on her own wanting to surprise me. She asked how much the sunflower bunches were they said $5 (good price for 4 sunflowers) she gets 2 bunches and ask if they can add some grenery and baby breath they said yes for a small fee. When it comes time to pay they charge her $25 plus $1 for using her card. Since when is it more expensive to add grenery then the flower itself. I feel they took advantage of her young age 13. And to make matters worst flowers were half dead.

We have been doing business with SANTOS FLOWER SHOP FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS, their flowers last for @ least 3 weeks. The scent last & last. These young owners started on a little shop on south Main Street in Santa Ana, CA. & blown so successfuly to their new huge site . They are still young & they also have a flower 🌺🌹 shop in Las Vegas.

When I tell you 100% customer service I mean it! They were so friendly and understanding as to what I wanted in my bouquet for my wedding. I will be coming back for any of my events and will be recommending this beautiful business.

Santos flowers did an exceptional job for my dads funeral flower arrangements. They were beautiful!

I needed birthday flowers on short notice, it was late, everywhere was closed, so I asked Google to find a florist that was open at 9 p.m. and this is the place that Google served up. I showed up and was blown away by the size and selection, enormous number of roses of various colors, sizes and length. Many designs, all sorts of balloons and stuffed animals of different sizes. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. I was able to get four dozen absolutely gorgeous roses, 2 dozen were red and two dozen were fire and ice; 2 mylar balloons one huge one and one medium sized, the roses were trimmed, re-wrapped with filler and I was handed possibly one of the most beautiful bouquets I had seen. Anywhere else the bouquet would have cost around $150 -$200 or more. All in, balloons plus 4 dozen stunning roses: $65.00 I am not kidding. My 2 yr old son was with me and he had a blast looking at all the balloons and multi colored roses. I will not only be back, but every occasion that requires flowers, I will turn to Santos. They open early they stay open late and their prices are untouchable. What else could you ask for?

I was looking for a large arrangement for my Mothers funeral services. The staff was very helpful in picking the perfect arrangement, I found the prices very reasonable. The day of the service the arrangement was delivered on time and it was beautiful. The flowers were all very fresh lasting for more then a week. I will definitely use Santos Flowers again and will recommend them to others.

I called in advance about having a really small but custom bouquet made, and they said they could 100% accommodate. I went over a few days later and the guy at the cashier helped me asap, listened to what I really wanted and went far past what I expected. I just wanted some roses but he offered me all the options and took the time to build it up. They actually cared! (The lady greeted me too when I came in.) They might not have the fanciest flowers or arrangement or the most flowers but they know what they are doing at this mom and pop shop.They do charge extra if you use a cc so I paid in cash, and he even rounded out my payment (so I paid less). I would’ve paid through my nose for my roses and baby breaths small bouquet somewhere else. It’s not about that extra dollar- it’s just that thoughtfulness and being genuine that I will never forget. Customer service was top notch. I wanted to tip but I wasn’t sure if that was a thing and they didn’t have a jar....Please give them your patronage. Support local shops!

I have been using Santos Flowers for over 7 years now for all my work and personal events. It beats having to go to DTLAs flower district and they always come through with what I need. The flowers are beautiful and as fresh as can be. I have never had an issue with how long they last.The staff is great, even though they do get busy during the big holidays theyre just amazing. The parking can be tough, but thats only because in the OC were very spoiled when it comes to our parking other than that its DTSA parking, which is limited so you have to come prepared with a cart, most of the time though you can have someone from the flower shop to help load your car.I will continue to use them and also support this wonderful small business!
