Ive been a customer of this company for about 20 years now. I have heirlooms that have broken or cracked, and Im so devoted to them, I cant bear to part with them. Although some of these repairs can get pricy, depending on the complexity of the task, Pick Up the Pieces has artists and craftspeople that are basically magicians. And Im demanding. The color of the glaze has to be absolutely right. Oh and did I mention that this is a night light and there can be no visible brush strokes? No problem. The nightlight looks just like it did 50 years ago when I first gazed into it as a child. These people are amazing.

Great place to get your at fixed but it takes forever (more than 6 months) to get your items back but what great work doesnt take time. There is a list that they go by (first chime first serve deal) so drop off your items asap even if youll be out of town so that youll grey yourself onto their list. Make sure to constantly call so that they pay attention to your item.

Love this place! people are extremely friendly and professional. the only thing is that its too popular so you might have to wait for a while to have your things fixed!

I went in with a functioning lamp and came out with a dysfunctional lamp? That did take a whole $10 off of their 10 week, $400 project.... never again
