Turner was an awesome serviceman. Our ice maker was not working and he came and serviced it, thinking it may need a motor. It started working that night. He returned a week later with the new motor and I told him it started working and he took a look at it once more and decided it didnt need the motor. He only charged the service fee of 60$ and said if we need it the service fee would go towards the price of the motor and labor. Great service, awesome serviceman couldnt ask for anything better! Robinson at Thermador Group was awesome. I called him because my refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker assembly wasnt working. He could have easily charged me a diagnostic but instead, he helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone and it turns out it was a problem I could solve by myself.
