DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WTH THIS PLACE!RUBEN, THE OWNER, AND JOSE, HIS NEPHEW ARE BOTH SCAMMERS!I bought 2 used gas stove on Tuesday 8/10/21, jose delivered the 2nd gas stove on Friday 8/13/21.The 2nd gas stove did not work properly, 1 of the front burner did not work. It did not even ignite. I called them on Saturday, ruben promised to call me back but he never did. I called back numerous of times, each time he said were very busy will call you back, again he never did.I called on Sunday but no one picked up the phone. Called on Monday, ruben promised again that hed call me back, I called a couple times on Monday, each time he said hed call, he lied again and again. When I told him that why he never called me back as promised, he simply said I am busy. Today is Tuesday 8/17/21 I called him 4 times, the same lies by ruben.I told him many times that this unit was failed by Housing due to the gas stove he sold me did not work. It smelled gas and thats dangerous but he did not care.I will serve him a letter to demand an immediate repair or refund or I will sue him in small claim court. He will be responsible for all the days that Housing did not pass my unit due to his defective gas stove.I realized that a lot of comments in here complained about his poor, unprofessional communication. Definitely that I will never buy anything from this guy again. This is the first also the last.I dont know how he could stay in business.

My Fridge is now cooling and freezing like new that is why they get 4 stars. They only get four stars because they lack communication.I needed to have my fridge fixed and they were prompt about helping. I made an appointment with Sears and they said they did not have a tech available for another three days. When I drove to Harbor Appliancen, the man there also mentioned that they were VERY busy so it would take the tech at least three hours to go take a look at my fridge. Three days and thee hours are a huge difference, and I get it Sear is easy to contact and to trust so that made sense to me. It turns out that to get a diagnostic on what is wrong with a fridge, cost no matter who you call. I didnt know this, so after calling around and telling other places that I already had one done therefore knew what was wrong and can I please get a quote, I got very similar price quotes and not very friendly responses. Anyway, we went ahead with Harbor Appliance since they would discount the initial diagnostic fee from the repair total.I completely understand that right now many services are getting delayed and we cannot expect the same speed of delivery of any item. However these guys were not communicating that. They said it would ready in two days so I should plan to be there for delivery. It only took five days ( and it was mostly because of the part delivery delay) so I think that was still acceptable I just wish they would have been better at communicating this information so that I could plan accordingly. We have a year warranty on the repair so depending on that I will or wont update this review.Summary,-The repair was fairly priced and the time frame was acceptable.-They are not great at communicating so be aware and ready to call them or text them or pay them a visit if you want an update.

We got a fridge from them in January, it stopped getting cold so we called to see if they could send someone to check it out, it was an easy fix and they where Great! We would definitely buy from them again!

I bought a washer here and it took almost 3 hours to finish 1 medium load. I called last Thursday, was promised that someone will come Monday and yup, noone show up, no phone call.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER, THEY NEVER HELP, QUALITY IS VERY WEAK, ITS SUCH A SCAM!! SO RUDE!! My fridge is LEAKING SO MUCH, the fridge and freezer are not cold anymore. I have guarantee and they refuse to help

This is the second time this company didnt show up to there appointment they scheduled on Monday. Its Thursday I called them this morning to see if they were still coming and the Technician was rude and said hell show up once he completes the job he was at. He said he was going to call and now its 8:00 p.m and no call and no show.

Too bad you cant give NEGATIVE stRs because this joint would get a NEGATIVE -10. Horrible business. They lie, cheat, steal. Bad business ethics. They do not show up anywhere near the time they tell you. Then they do not answer their phone. Never go, you will NOT be a happy customer.

Please do not buy in this place they sell everything broken when you talk to them to come to repair they never arrive at the time or if they want to talk to you to say that they will not be able to arrive they have a bad service
