Screen enclosure and new pool just over two years old and all the screens Advanced did are tearing apart right along install splines. Looks as if they were cut when installed with a razor blade. They wouldn’t warranty and charged 425 to do one center top panel(single story) because they had to remove two panels to get to it. Now 8 months later the panels they removed have split. Something wrong with either their screen or install methods. They won’t warranty their screen more than a year even though it’s obvious something is their fault. Now I have four more torn panels to repair. Eventually they will all be replaced. Not calling this outfit back.
We had an elite roof screened-in lanai installed late May. The roof and screened enclosure are a huge value add to our back yard, we can now spend more time outside enjoying the weather bug free. There were a few leaks that appeared during heavy rains, but this can be expected with a new structure. Robert was very attentive and came back out several times to ensure all leaks were patched and the structure was 100% to our satisfaction. Robert and his employees provided great customer service and got the job done right. Thank you!
Advance Aluminum through their parent corporation All Seasons Pool installed my pool and two story pool screen enclosure in 2014. A hawk flew in to the enclosure and knocked the brace loose. I called for a repair to the brace and installation of two screen panels. I called them because they were the original contractor. Receptionist was nice. Gentleman quoting repair was nice, But after two week delay service department makes an appointment for the next week. That appointment date was a no show, no call. When I call, service says will be next day. Next day. No show, no call. I call make an appointment for the next week. No show, no call. Service manager won’t return call won’t bother. This service is beyond poor.
Do not use! I thought they were a reputable company. Everything went fine until install and failed city inspection. Now they refuse to respond to e-mails and return calls.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS:I requested a quote for a patio extension from this company. I was told verbatim in an email by the sales rep, I am sorry to inform you our production manager is not interested in your small project at this time.We are really behind with other projects. Good luck, This did not set well with me AT ALL. I work as Project Manager with a large company and would NEVER respond to a current or future customer stating that I am not interested in someone’s “small project.” What should have been stated is their current lead time to begin a project such as this even if there is a large backlog of orders and let the customer decide if they would like to continue. Please think twice before doing business with them because I will not have nice things to say about them to those in my network. I would rate them a 0 if I could.
Hands down the best place to look into for your aluminum needs. This was by far my best experience and I am super happy with how it all turned out. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!
My husband and I just wanted to give a very big Thank You for a job well done. We had such a great experience with Advanced Aluminum. From our first meeting with Stewart all the way through the professional, efficient, clean work of the crew. We had a beautiful 14′ x 20′ screen room extended from our lanai, with an insulated roof. I now have plenty of room for my husband and I to drink our morning coffee and watch the birds and squirrels in our back yard. It is everything we could have wished for we are so happy with our new room.
Thank you Advanced Aluminum for the screen enclosure you added onto my townhome. I called 3 companies to come give an estimate and you were the only one who came out on a Saturday morning. I have a crazy schedule and I really appreciate the effort your sales guy, Stewart, the office, and the crew made to accommodate me. Everything turned out great! Thanks again.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and quality of workmanship I received with Advanced Aluminum. I live in a rural area and had trouble with other companies getting someone to come to my house, just to give me an estimate. But when I called you guys you were out here the very next day. I love my new pool cage, especially the fact that I don’t have to vacuum out my pool everyday. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.”Stephanie M.Sorrento, FL
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! My neighbor recently used them for his lanai screen enclosure. Also, theyre installing all the screen enclosures for the builder in our new development. So, at the least I figured their price should be competitive compared to quotes Ive received from other companies... you know, considering theyre in our neighborhood ALL the time. The price they quoted my neighbor was $2400 for a 50x10 enclosure which seemed reasonable considering the builder was charging $2900 (the builder needs to get their own markup in there). I should mention that my lanai is exactly half the size of my neighbors, 25 x 10. One would think, half the size equates to half the material and half the labor cost. The builder was charging $1900 for my screen enclosure therefore based on my neighbor’s quote of $2400, I should have been quoted $1400. Pretty simple math, $2900 - $2400 = $500 therefore $1900 - $500 = $1400.First off, their sales people were unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They finally called me back 3 days later. I explained where I live and the sales agent (Dan) was very familiar with the neighborhood (obviously) and gave me a quote over the phone for $1990. I called him out on the high quote and told him I knew how much they quoted my neighbor. He immediately dropped the price to $1760. Based on the simple math above, this was still a little high... remember it should have been around $1400. I called him out again and showed him the prices the builder was charging (which included their markup!) and explained how they should be around $1400. I told him I understand they have their own markup, mobilization costs, etc. and that I would pay him $1500. Now he said, Oh, I cant charge you less than what the builder charges you. I have a contract. So now, he quotes me $1900. Had I not mentioned anything about the builder he would have sold me the screen for $1760 no questions asked. I mention the builders name and now suddenly, hes an ethics major? Their prices are all over the place and communication skills are lackluster. Like I said at the beginning, SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!! I recommend avoiding this place at all cost.
This company was contracted through a pool company that I used All Season Pools. They reinstalled my fence that was taken down to build the pool. They took part of my fence that I purchased with them. When I contacted the person to return my stolen property they advised they only have one piece and returned that one and a broken one. They stole 6 sections of fencing. They have stopped replying to me and refuse to take ownership of their workers even though its already been proven they stole it by returning the one. What ever you do AVOID this company they are Shady and steal!!!
