Great store, nice people, and they were VERY helpful! Id recommend this UPS store for anything you need when it comes to printing, shipping, and more! 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this store three times in the last two weeks. Every time, they’ve been so unprofessional (either to me or each other). As a customer I shouldn’t be subjected to drama between coworkers. One of the employees was nasty to another, in front of three customers. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. The last time I picked up an order, they didn’t even know it had come in, so they didn’t fill it on time. We had to wait almost two hours past the original pick-up time to get a small order because they’re so disorganized. Avoid at all costs. I’d rather chop my own arm off and use my blood to print a document than go to this location.

Christy at the Sanford, NC UPS store is awesome. My back was against the wall and needed some pictures printed. I had been 3- other places and had no luck. Christy took the time to set up, get the pictures, and print them out. I waited for about 10 minutes, but the results were perfect. Christy you Rock!!!!

Best experience at a UPS store ever. The lady who was working went above and beyond for me even though it was busy. She steered me in the right direction when I had an unpacked FedEx return and helped me with my UPS matter. Amazing staff and will use these guys forever.

THE POSTAL SERVICE WAS SUPERB! EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL. But... I SPENT $34.00 TO MAIL A $12.00 SCRABBLE GAME! ILL DEAL WITH UPS FOR RETURNING MDSE AND I LL CHOOSE USPS FOR MAILING PACKAGES! RIDICULOUS! I DIDNT CANCEL BECAUSE THE WORKER WENT THROUGH ALL THE PROCESS. IF WORKER HAD GIVEN ME A SURMISED COST I WOULD HAD MADE A BETTER DECISION BUT HE DIDNT! AND I FULFILLED THE TRANSACTION! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED BUT I WONT BE RIPPED OFF BY UPS EVER AGAIN!

The ladys were great helping me sort out issue. Would definitely recommend them for all your shipping needs.

Went in on Sunday, May 16th, 2021 and the female employee was in a great mood and extremely friendly. Even though it was a two minute transaction, quick amazon return, she made it memorable with her awesome attitude and outlook. Thanks for the great customer service!

I use this store for all of my UPS needs and they never disappoint. I have never had to wait more than 3-4 mins when in this store for anything.

We went in to have some paperwork notarized today. We were in line for a while. The lady that was behind the counter was very nice, but someone was training her over the phone! Literally threw this poor woman to the wolves and thought teaching her over the phone was going to make it easier for the woman.The person on the phone even had the nerve to get a little snappy with the lady that was working. You could feel the tension from everyone waiting and I know that poor girl could feel it too.

I go there for notary services and Amy always takes time to help! Great store!

The staff there was so very friendly and the notary that there was an amazing lady, she came out to the truck where my disabled mother in law was to do the paperwork we needed.

I had a great experience. The employee was helpful and most of all, kind.

They will over pack your items to get a greater shipping cost, avoid this store. I will never set foot it in again.

They left a brand new employee with obviously zero training to work by herself. She was on Facetime trying to be taught how to print. I felt sorry for her but the line was held up for well over 45 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Pathetic management, who does this to a new employee at a UPS Store that prides itself on being fast. Lots of ing signs like printing, shipping, shredding, guess they forgot teaching, helping, mentoring..? Wasted a lot of my time today and others. Really disappointed in the customer service, used to be my go to spot for printing....used to be.

Ups is the worst place to get a shipment from they slow on getting here waited on package and beer got here waste of time

I need to give a huge shout out to the folks working at UPS in Sanford tonight i walked in with three boxes, a stack of misprinted labels and a cranky 4 y/o and they not only got all of my returns figured out, they problem solved with me to get the label i was missing. Very very grateful for the patient and solutions oriented team working tonight!!

I have used this UPS location several times and find it to be a great service to the Sanford area. They try very hard to move people in and out swiftly as possible with a very limited staff.

Love these wonderful ladies! They are the best! We have had a box there for about 7 years and they have become great friends. We will be there as long as the manager and Amy remain!

They are too liberal with their measurements to make sure the charges dont come back to their store. Basically over charge customers so the store doesnt get charged by ups. Thats the way it was explained to me. Dont try and discuss volumes/geometry with the short haired lady. She is smarter than everyone and she knows it.

Came in to mail 1 box was fifth in line and Ive already been here 10 mins. At least.I think its disrespectful to the customer when a business is under staffed it throws the customers schedule off

I have used there services on several occasions and each time was a very professional and courteous interaction. Be kind and people will usually find it hard to be rude to you.

This store saved the day! I needed to get return labels to my family in NC (I am in SC) and anticipated that I would have to mail them. The return item was reaching its deadline so I called the store and they said I could email the labels to them and they would have them ready when my family came to the store. WOW! I wish everything in life was this easy. Now I can rest assured that the return item makes it on time and we get our refund. Thank you USP Store Sanford NC!

Went in on Sunday December 16th 2018. There was a line almost to door. The girl working that day was professional, polite, and very nice. She was good at her job and I appreciate her customer service. I hope management reads this cause good customer service is hard to find.

Had to send a package overnight to a potential employer and was pleasantly surprised when the cost was about half of what the post office was charging. Long story short I was charged the wrong amount and my potential employer had the package sent back to me because they did not want to pay postage due. It didnt even make it back to me for two weeks (for which the post office charged another fee to return it to me so now its up to three times the amount I was first charged) and now Im stuck trying to explain why my package didnt get there on time and begging the company to still consider me for the position.

The employees make this place. I go here when Im having a bad hair day because they make me smile. They are also quick and efficient. They know their business inside and out. I use ups because of them. Id rather go to them than the post office any day

I always use this place to return packages to Amazon and have never had a problem. My refund is usually back in my account within 3 days. Thanks UPS store!

Where is the video tho? Ive looked.... cant find it. Ive always had wonderful service at this location. To hear someones claims to have proof of bad service/ rude employees but then doesnt actually provide the proof leads me to believe that it was a troll review.

The ladies at the store are wonderful and very knowledgeable about what you need and qill guide you to the correct services.

Be very careful arriving near opening/closing time because they do not adhere to their own schedule. Often closed when I arrive, or have already shut down their computer system prior to closing and cannot accept packages.

Amy and Jayna are the best Amy deserves a raise with out these two your store would not function. Great employees at this location,please keep them..

I got great service when I came to this location...

I am expecting some packages in the mail, but I need them ASAP for college. When I called, the lady on the phone seemed very agitated that I even asked her too look for me. She let out a long sigh Uggghhhh After only (not even) 10 seconds of Looking she told me it wasnt!... the fact that she didnt really look or check their system to see if my packages were there and the tone in her voice showed that Im a inconvenience to her. She was super annoyed that I even called. If you have a package you need to find out if it is there or not dont bother asking their employees! They obviously dont care. Which shows me not to use UPS anymore in case they mishandle my valuables.

This store is clueless! Clueless on the simple ordinary shipping procedures. Ive also gotten copies, and they screwed that up. And today, I decided to write a review when I saw people standing around talking to one another and ignoring the line of customers. The company UPS, as a whole, I dont mind working with, ITS THIS STORE!! Theyre horrible!!

I had same very bad service. I wish i recorded it!! No one would believe how bad it was!!! They are soooo rude and dont even know it. I am reporting them to home office in Richmond,Va. Anyone else who has been mis treated here should do the same. Manager there is allowing this. She needs to go back to Mcdonalds. I was so glad to see other people stand up to these horrifiac people. I will do my part to get staff replaced!!!!! Please help. Sanford is better than this!!!!
