FedEx kept my order instead of delivering it to me so for everyone who see this be very careful with them they like to keep peoples Items Instead of delivering them.
This is location is phenomenal!I called them in a bind for some print services and needed it done within an hour. Not only did they accommodate the request but were also able to do the extras that were requested at the last minute. GREAT customer service! 5 stars for sure!
Unbelievably high shipping prices! I’m far from cheap, but when I was quoted $42+ to ship a picture frame, I have serious concerns.

I usually ship through USPS, so I’ve never used FedEx before but have always received packages through FedEx with no issues or delays. So I had a package that I needed to be delivered quickly, safely and with no delays, that’s why I decided to give FedEx a try.Temah assisted me that morning, as soon as the store opened,and made my visit incredibly easy and pleasant. Answered all of my questions and was very personable. Representatives like that deserve recognition, as they are the ones that will keep people coming back, myself included. I’ve come there a few time while it’s basically empty and customer service is horrible, like they have better things to do other than to HELP YOU... While walking around in circles, and fixing things that’s already perfect because you’ve fixed it a thousand times, again because you have nothing to do..The last time I was there I wanted to use the computer and every time I asked, they kept telling me how much it cost; but again I’m asking because I want to use it! When I walk in, It feels like they don’t like their job nor do they want to be there.. I suggest the manager to have a meeting in the mornings to discuss customer service and how to interact with their customers. Not talking to me with your back turned telling me how much something costs.

Tried to trick me. I gave her the times, the weight and the shipping address over the phone and she said lowest $170 and she claimed it was the lowest price possible. Checked online, $170 is the highest price possible and $20 is the lowest. She tried to ensure me $170 was the lowest and when I asked her about the price difference I found, she said she had other customers and would call me back but never did. They try to trick you to make an extra buck. Would expect better from a huge company.
I have a home office and ship lots of stuff. Domestic and International. I have never had a problem with this location.

I went last Wednesday (first thing in the morning) to print a sign for Athlete Signing Day. The item that she recommended me was way beyond my expectation. I am very satisfy with the service. THANK YOU to Temah.
The customer service has been excellent every time I come here. Kind employees and always attentive to customers and not allowing much of a line to form. Obviously employee teamwork going on in this store, which is nice to see these days!
Would have been nice after frustrating conversation on 1-800 and lengthy to location including asking hours if I had been told either place or on answering tree there were holiday hours closing 3 hours early on Saturday. Would have saved me a 48 mi drive in rain after dark I now have to repeat in storm tomorrow. FedEx has lost considerable edge in customer service in the last 5+ years.

Unreasonable shipping prices. Just weigh your packages at home and print your own labels. Gave 2 stars because they let me use their packing tape like the gracious individuals they are.

Warning: FedEx places a whopping $15.00 charge on the tiniest self serve photocopy job.The staff is unsympathetic to any hardship this surprise causes their customers, saying it is for 24 hours, and, I dont write the policy.I recommend Office Depot, Office Max, or any other copy center.

Associates are very rude. I came in just to pick up a package and took me 1 hour just to get my package. Janay was very obnoxious when speaking with me. I do not recommend to pick up anything at this fedex office. Very terrible experience.

I am currently in Florida due to a family emergency. In the middle of such heart wrenching situation, I needed to print documents and decided to use the print service at FedEx in Sanford, Florida because it was a convenient location. In order to avoid wasting time, I decided to kill two birds with one stone by dropping off my friends car for maintenance and walking to the FedEx office location on Rinehart from Tire Kingdom... It was very hot and the walk was pretty long. A FedEx Representative by the name of Torrie provided us with an amazing WOW experience when she provided us with the copies with a beautiful smile and personality - but also offered us a ride back to the tire service company because a storm was about to begin. Ms. Torrie saw us walk in drenched with sweat and barely breathing when we first walked in to FedEx, she did not want us to get caught in the storm while walking back, and felt the need to offer us a ride back. Given how bad things are now a days, where people rarely care or trust one another made this gesture of beyond and above a moment of WOW. So here is to you Ms. Torrie - thank you for being our guardian angel yesterday, Wednesday, July 13 and making it a memorable one. FedEx, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Due to Ms. Torries customer quality service, your office location received 5 Stars - please acknowledge her service.

Customer Service at this location is not good. Manager has a bad attitude. She through my package to the floor very hard after she scanned it. She looked like she didnt want to be bothered with customers. So I will take my business elsewhere.
The lady was plain rude... I believe her name was Carly . Rude short answers and really bothered we would ask questions. Both me and the other customer looked at each other in disbelief. Other lady was very nice.
Too expensive and they arent very nice either. You can find copies much cheaper elsewhere

This site has the worst customer service. I have called at least 5 times in two days as I needed to speak with someone regardin a package lost bsy FedEx and not one time has someone answered. The automated machine says press 9 to speak with someone but it just rings for minutes on end.
Not sure why I still try to use FedEx once again my overnight package is a week late!
