Worst Harley-Davidson dealer Ive ever been in. Absolutely no customer service and the parts people ignore you. I stood at the parts counter for over 25 mins while a girl back at the counter was yacking on the phone (personal call) no one in service to answer questions or take my bike in. The place looked deserted except for a few sales people (maybe 2) Ill tell you what if Dave Hawker was still there he would not put up with that BS. Ive bought 7 bikes there in the past 10 years and used to get quality service from all departments, but since these new people took over the place has gone to hell! I just purchased a new bike at Rossmeyers Daytona (Destination Daytona) and was treated like a king. Booya Seminole Harley.... You lost a sale, and I will never do business with them again. I wouldnt buy a tire valve cap there! Too bad I couldnt leave NO stars!

I went to Seminole HD to find a leather jacket. Jessica helped me find the exact jacket I wanted and needed. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jessica and Seminole Harley.

Great place

I gave them one star we we used to go there all the time then when we became a vendor and went there we did all right during bike week this was during covid-19 they wanted us to come back after that then they made things up talking about our food and everybody we talked to said our food was great well never go back again well never shop there again were done with it over there you dont need to lie you dont want somebody there just say it. I have encouraged all of our friends not to go there and many of them do not no more they dont like the pricing on the way to do the Harleys anyway 35,000 for a Harley give me a break.
