Since 2018ish, this place is no longer here across from Walmart. It is now Wilkinson Chevrolet/Cadillac.(August 2020)The 24th of February 2021 just drove by, and snapped a picture of the place to show that they are open.

We purchased a 2 story modular and after many months of them giving us excuse after excuse,they finally started tearing out our old double wide.3 months later,the home was done. We were told by our salesman,they could have it done in 30 days! Well, we began making a list of ALL the things wrong...this doesnt include the things my husband stumbled upon on his daily trips to see the progress to include linoleum that we did not choose laying inside that they were going to install upstairs(we ordered carpet ) a newlight fixture that was already burned out...BEFORE electric was even hooked up! Patch worked carpet in our upstairs,wavy seems upstairs,missing blinds,no light got fixtures in 3rd bath,etc...I could go on for days. They left garbage,cigarette butts and areas in our yard where they burned trash. Our yard floods due to them not leveling and from the equipment they had parked in the yard. We had to buy topsoil just so we could use the front door when it rained! All in all, a terrible experience. Electrical problems...they supposedly put in emergency work orders for...a week later and still nothing. They will not answer or return calls and if they do, nothing happens. They do. It care about their customer once you sigh that dotted line.would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not enough time in a day to write everything that is wrong. Im disgusted. The salesman was forgetful,confused our home with other customers,basically blamed all the hold ups on us. He talks in circles, but never takes one note... loses paper work,doesnt listen and even tried to drop permits in the wrong county! HORRIBLE! Wish we had taken our 200,000+ elsewhere.

This company is a joke. Ive now have had them to replace the pipe going to my septic, they did not hook up my washer drain and it flooded under my house, the air vents have fell down and caused my power bill to be high, they installed my fireplace chimney incorrectly with it touching lots of plastic and wood. They asked me to send thing that were wrong after 30 days and never heard anything. I strongly suggest you do not use country fair homes. You should run.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE Terrible customer service. It took me 3 months to get in my home that had been sitting on my land. The bricks set outside my home for 2 weeks before they laid them. They never contact me and let me know what was going on I had to call them. Inspection failed 3 times. Then they tore up my yard and didnt fix it. I only used them as the contractor to setup the home. Water didnt work after they setup had to call multiple times to fix. AC unit is knocking only been in the home 2 weeks. Call and try to talk to EJ and his attitude was all nonchalant. Would not recommend these guys to setup a dog house.

Im very displeased with the service me and my wife Janet has gotten @countryfair home only been n our house 6 months and having all these problems furnace mess up septic tank and micowave blow up was promised they get someone to ditch trench n yard water under house etc Very displeased customer wouldnt recommend this company to anyone buying a home and now seems like they going out of business do to the many complaint they have not a trust worthly company

We have had a great experience with Country Fair Homes. Our salesperson Ronnie Womack has been great to work with. We have known Ronnie for quite a few years and we knew his working history with champion homes. Ronnie is a man of his word, what he tells you he stands behind firmly! We are so excited to move in our new modular home! We thank Ronnie and EJ and all their crews that took care of us during this time. We had some different circumstances in that we were flooded from hurricane Matthew. The last almost 2 years we have been living in a FEMA mobile home. Knowing all of this in advance Ronnie took hold and moved forward and got things done! We are so thankful and grateful for all their professionalism in getting our home ready!
