There is zero organization on how to assist customers. For some items you have to pick a ticket and give it to an associate but all the associates were at registers with no one on the floor. So you end up waiting way longer. You wait to give the ticket, then you have to wait at the back of the line when they bring the item out. The lady that was there will legit just completely ignore you. Also some of the other customers just cut the lines and the associates say nothing and just help them even tho they clearly see what happened. Never going there again.

Philip was VERY informative, helpful and resourceful in making recommendations, suggestions, concerning a purchase I was looking to make. The purchase was not in my best interest. I was under-informed. He took several minutes to explain what exactly my purchase would entail and what other alternatives were out there. I was honestly surprised by the customer service I was receiving! In the end, with Philips assistance; I know I made a better selection, over all. From the minute I walked in the store the staff was very friendly, and helpful. As usual I needed one thing, but walked out of the store with 5 things. The staff was very helpful at answering my questions, and helping me locate a few things. I should have just went directly for what I came in for, and didn’t start walking around sightseeing. Another great experience, and definitely a customer that will return soon...

Lines to long. One employee was doing a return and I went to that line. He asked if I had a question I sad no. He said he was not checking people out. Other line had 6 people in it. Think he was the manager. Left all my stuff at register and went to Ace Hardware.

If you are a tinkerer or a person who will attempt to repair or build anything on an occasional basis, this is your tool supply store. The tools may not be top quality but, they get the job done. I purchased an air compressor and paint sprayer for less than $160 and saved $ thousands painting my house myself. Ive bought a reciprocating saw, hammer drill, impact wrench, buffer, metric socket set, torque wrenches, drill press and scroll saw. All the tools still function although the scroll saw and drill press are average quality at best. However, I saved 50% or more buying theseoccasional use tools there. The socket set cost me what one socket would cost at one of the big box stores. Besides tools, they have a good selection of accessories to help accomplish most jobs. If I was a pro mechanic or other trades person I would spend the money and upgrade to better brands. But, for the majority of my projects, HFs tools are sufficient and cost effective.

I went into a Harbor Freight in Sanford Florida today November 23, 2030 and there was a line of 6 people and the middle guy wasnt wearing a mask. He goes through the line and buys his item. I get up to the cashier and ask if Harbor Freight has a mask policy. The cashier reluctantly said yes. My 10byear old son said but that guy wasnt wearing a mask the cashier said nothing and gave me my receipt.

Had what I needed in stock (soldering iron) and for under $5 on sale. The employee was great, he walked me right to it and put it in my hands. The lines went fast and the cashier was friendly. I had ordered a pump from Harbor Freight cuz they didnt have one in Sanford FedEx tore it up in route from North Carolina to here Florida so instead of sending it back through FedEx I took it physically to the harbor freight here in Sanford and likely they had just got a truck in and I got my pump exchanged no problems whatsoever no hassle and thank God Im at home with my new pump

I have to admit I go here way too much. I am setting up my woodshop so I need to be getting a lot of different things and this play saves me money. for a long time I didnt even have the discount club but I got it recently since they were having a weekend promotion sale. Ive gotten a drill and a miter saw here in their Chicago tools brand and nothings burned up yet even after a few months of use. I heard a few complaints about the lower quality of their stuff but I have honestly yet to see any low quality issues with anything Ive gotten there.

What can I say its Harbor Freight and I love it!Where are you going to find a 25 inch half-inch drive breaker bar for $9? And its got a lifetime warranty.For all my tools I dont waste my money on Snap-on or Matco anymore. I have thousands of dollars worth of wrenches and sockets from Snap-on that make no sense. Snap-on wrenches is so thin they hurt the palm of your hand when you really got to pull on something. Yeah its nice to have something thats thin and get into tight places but not when your guy use a 9/16 all day long. The thing turns into a dull knife. The Pittsburgh brand of tools that Harbor Freight carries have a lifetime warranty. If I break a socket no big deal I just bring it back and get a new one just like Snap-on or any of the other Big Tool places. All youre paying for is the name. Even the rollaway boxes at Harbor Freight are of decent quality. Yeah maybe they wont last more than 10 years but a $7,000 difference in the same box is a big difference.

Tried to return a faulty inverter 1 week after purchace. I was met with an unproffesional attitude and unwillingness to help out. The inverter had gas in the tank due to first time use. I was told to empty the tank before returning. In an attempt to borrow a pump or a container to store the gas I was told that I could buy those in the store.No help whatsoever.Unhappy customer!

Terrible equipment, nothing but junk from China. Do not recommend this or any Harbor Freight store. So, if you want equipment that will ladt for 1 or 2 usages, this is the store for you. Products are well displayed, signage is clear from highway. Parking is plentiful.
