The lady who works here is rude and obviously has no experience in customer service. I came into the store to return some merchandise that I hadnt even opened and she proceeded to tell me that I was a day late from the 30-day return policy. She would not give me any sort of store credit or refund for my items even though the items were still in stock in the store. This lady needs to work on her customer service skills, as she has made yet another customer unhappy and I will not be going back to her store. Also, the items that this store sells are very poor quality and most are not even functional. Save your money and go someplace else.

If you have a child with you I wouldn’t shop here. The woman who works or owns the store was extremely rude to my daughter and she even said that we couldn’t touch anything in the store. I went in to make a purchase however left without anything because the customer service was so bad.
