This place is absolutely amazing! We purchased a trestle table, four chairs, and a bench. They did amazing with stain (it’s so worth it to let them do it). Plus we had it delivered and they were very careful, professional, and clean (they used blankets + took their shoes off in the house + cleaned our table before they left). My husband and I will only purchase furniture from here in the future because of how great they were to work with and the quality they hold themselves to. Also, Cindy was amazing to work with from start to finish!

Unfinished Furniture is a terrific place to shop. Their furniture is solid and very reasonable. We have purchased several items there over the years. People are always complimenting the bookcases we bought there.The people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The line of Amish-made furniture is especially nice. If you dont have the time to finish thefurniture yourself, they do a great job.

We have been customers for years, we bought a large entertainment center from her about 10 years ago and it is still in outstanding condition. We also, bought a bedroom set for our son and a dinning room table that can sit four to to ten people and the way its made you dont have to break the table down because it folds inside itself (awesome to watch). Just tow years ago we bought another bed and dresser set for our room and today we are looking too buy a TV stand and some end tables. The quality of craftsmanship in every piece we have bought is why we keep going back to her store.

We bought a table 8 years ago and the even after 8 moves to include overseas, the table is still in great condition. Additionally, in our recent move, the movers lost one of table and the store was able to replace it even after 8 years. We love their customer service and the quality of work!

This place is very Cool! We stopped in here to buy some rockers for our front porch. We wanted good quality and figured this was the place to go! We were right, this place is nothing but quality. So many beautiful pieces. We cannot wait to come back in the future! The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Side note: the rockers we purchased are North Carolina made, so yes they have American Made items.

Nice unfinished furniture store. A good selection. Furniture can be purchased unfinished, but they can finish it for a nominal fee. The only downside is the current 8 week turnaround time for the finishing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff and locally owned. I assumed the furniture was American made, however, when I painted mine I found it was made in Vietnam. There were some finished pieces for sale that were so nicely finished that if there were instructions on how to achieve that finish, I would have purchased the additional supplies to recreate that look on my piece. The supplies were available for purchase, but when I inquired on how to achieve that look, the staff didnt know and confessed that the piece of finished furniture I was asking about came from one of their vendors. Overall, however, nice place and selection and I will be back.

This was my 1st visit here...but it will not be my last! I was so impressed with the quality and selection available. The owner was so knowledgeable, and helpful with possible color options, and her time. I came looking for a bookcase..but also ending up with an Amish dining room set, and a beautiful bedroom night stand too. Dovetail drawers, just like what I have at home. If you are prepared to wait a bit for quality made solid wood items..then this is the place. Fantastic visit!

Excellent selection and customer service. We ordered several pieces. They arrived in excellent condition. The delivery crew was top notch and set everything up and cleaned the furniture before leaving.We ordered solid wood furniture. It feels well made. The finish (white) looks very good. The drawer mechanisms are good, though I will need to see how it holds up.They have an excellent selection of products to include Amish made pieces and prices are very good. They had far cheaper prices than other stores in Raleigh and Fayetteville.

Great Retailer! We drove to Sanford from Hope Mills to purchase furniture. The sales transition was smooth as the purchase was a gift from my family member. The sales staff and manager are all friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection of furniture in all kinds of natural wood to choose from. This is real quality, solid wood. You truly will know this when you go to move the product off of your truck or into your house! The weight was solid! The product was not flawed in any form at all. We also received instructions on both how to stain and how to paint the product. I highly recommend Sanford Unfirnished Furniture to those looking for quality pieces to customize. You pick out a piece of furniture that has not been finished, stained, or painted and then you select your specific colors and style, they finish it for you and deliver it.. Great furniture for half the price of what you would see at the chain furniture stores and you have even more control over exactly how the furniture looks! I bought a farmhouse style dining room table here and I will definitely be back for more.

This place is wonderful! The staff and owner are so knowledgeable and helpful. They spent lots of time with me and my husband and even stayed after closing on a Saturday to help us make our final selections. I would recommend this place to anyone! Cant wait to see the finished product!

This place has some quality products. I bought a table when they had a sale and made it worth the price. Normal items are priced steeply but I cant stress the quality and the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a table 3 weeks ago and came in for some stain while picking up legs and the nice lady remembered my face! That goes a long way!

DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE! My husband got fired this morning after working there for a few days because he smells and looks trashy! This man does not smell or look trashy they gave him the hardest jobs. Making him sweat and work harder than everyone else cause hes a man with a drive we were just evcited and have nothing and he got the job and they pull this! My husband is hard working and because he gets sweaty at work he got fired. Kinda bullshit is this.
