Have used World Stone for both kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful granite and quartz. Office was very helpful in showing us color and design ideas. Our selections were done in a timely manner and the installation crew are real craftsman.Great value for a quality product

UPDATED TO 3 stars.Initial install included very unacceptable quality of work (misaligned drain and faucet holes). Poor communication throughout process and they wouldn’t return calls. After we first raised the issue one of their representatives came to the house, concurred that the holes (they drilled) were not aligned but then tried to convince us that “visually, it’s perfect”. They did not follow up on that visit nor return any calls (I left at least 5 voicemails over the course of two weeks).UPDATE; after taking a day off work and visiting their office I was finally able to get assistance and they sent some one out to the house to adjust the poorly aligned drain hole. Still not an ideal solution but it has been addressed. When I visited the office Melissa was very helpful in reaching a solution.

After looking at all options for granite or quartz in the Pinehurst area a friend of mine recommended World Stone. Jamie was great working with me before our arrival. They actually have more options than they do online, its worth the drive to Sanford. They also are the only ones that use laser to measure locally. Their price was so good we decided to have them also do another bathroom and it was still cheaper and nicer than the stone I saw in Pinehurst!

I have had a great experience with my countertops !! I worked with Denise and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us ! Everything we needed before, during, and after, she made sure was taken care of promptly. I had many many questions and she always answered them professionally and never made us wait. She is very knowledgeable and that made our process very smooth. The countertops look great !! Thank you World Stone and thank you Denise for all of your hard work !!

Received an invoice from this company that Ive never heard of or have solicied for services from, totaling thousands of dollars. Not sure if it was a mistake or if Im victim of fraud. Contacted them by phone and they said Well take care of it and hung up.Shady to say the least.

We had an absolute great experience with World Stone! We absolutely love our countertops! I wish the company had more of a gallery to look at so that we could decide which backsplash to do with the quartz that we went with. Other than that, no complaints at all, we would recommend World Stone to anybody that is looking for countertop

WARNING!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!Quality of work unacceptable!World Stone put a seam in the middle of my counter. Said it was the only way to do it. They then told me that the pieces at the seam were from the same cut of granite. Its obvious something went terrible wrong! It looks absolutely horrible! I paid $2000 upgrade for the nicer stone.I called and gave them an opportunity to fix their mistake. The owner said he was willing to replace the 1 piece for $1700 AND a removal fee!Ive had 3 other companies look at my granite and couldnt believe that World Stone would install something looking so horrible.I will be taking them to small claims court.Take a look for yourself. Its a shame World Stone refused to stand behind their work.I recommend you avoid World Stone and go with a quality company.

Quality and fast. They can get the job done right the 1st time. Its worth a drive. I live in Moore county, NC.

First of all, price is better than other places that we shopped. Second, Jamie (Sales) really knows the business inside and out and Denise (Scheduler) has the timeline running like clockwork.We shopped around and found that World Stone, out-the-door, was the best price for quality. We even upgraded to Quartz for all four vanities because the price was well below what we expected.Preparation: We ordered vanities that we put together. After making sure that they were level, plumb, and square; we scheduled for measurement. The guy that came out laser measured all vanities, took note of exactly were we wanted the sinks positioned, and sent the measurements to Jamie. When the guy left, we were able to get an updated quote from Jamie within the hour. We were able to get started immediately with finalizing our order.Timeline: Denise and Jamie stated timelines for the fabrication (cutting) and delivery; they stuck to all timelines, even when the COVID-19 first hit the US. The install crew moved from one vanity to another smoothly without any issues. We have some unique rooms, but that did not hinder the install process.Recommendation: First, make sure your vanities are spot on; level, plumb, square, and made of materials that can take the weight of stone (if that is what you are buying). Talk with Jamie and Denise, they know the business and will help you at every step of the process. We are very happy with the results. Every quote, timeline, and concern were spot on with the entire World Stone crew. Thank you.We recommend World Stone.

Every aspect of dealing with Denise at World Stone was perfect! She took care of us and answered all of our (many) questions we had. We truly felt like she went the extra mile to help us.The installers that were sent were very professional. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, they also wasted no time getting it done! We recently had new granite counter tops put in our outdated kitchen and the transformation is absolutely gorgeous. The staff at World Stone were very professional and did a fabulous job installing the new counter tops and the installers were very careful during the installation process, as well, very courteous. We recently contracted Lowe’s for a kitchen remodel that included a granite kitchen countertop. For two months, Lowe’s threw the ball back and forth with another stone company in Raleigh that was in charge of making the countertop. Long story short, A NIGHTMARE!!! We demanded our money back and found World Stone! Denise is just wonderful. Answered all of our questions and was just a pleasure to work with. She even called after the job was finished to touch base with us. That’s customer service! This place deserves 10 stars! In the time Lowe’s took to just send paperwork in for starting the project, World Stone could’ve made and installed it about 8 times.(not even being dramatic) Wish we could’ve found them sooner! Affordable, fast, and quality work!!

They did our kitchen counters and they never looked better. They were able to install them in just a few days. The price was very reasonable. I reccomend them if you are looking to do your counters.
