They entire experience was perfect. Melanie Likas and the 2 guys that installed the quartzite (Jesus and his brother) were excellent to deal with. The quality of the seams and overall job is amazing. Truthfully, most of my friends don`t like the look of it, but hey, I didn`t install it for them. I did it for me, and I love it! Thanks guys!
I looked at about 4 different place before I found Southeast Stone. They were the only ones to have an abundance of selections. Corrine, who was the young lady that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I highly recommend their business if you are looking for countertops or any stone product you are looking for. Their prices too, are very reasonable, The installation was also a great experience. The installers were on time and did an excellent installation.
Southeast Stone did a beautiful job fabricating and installing the quartzite countertops in our summer kitchen. Chuck, Pam, Mark, and the rest of their team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. There are a lot of intricate details (especially around the grill and undermount sink), and these guys made this particular perfectionist a very happy customer.
Do not use this company! They botched my quartz countertop install. Thank God I went with Lowes because they garanteed installation and I was able to get my money back. I placed an order for a countertop made out of a single slab and their fabricator broke it. They tried to force a seam on me that was poorly done with the slab slightly angled incorrectly (one edge on the base cabinet extended out further in the front than the back). On top of that, they installed the bridge for the back of stove unlevel and chipped a corner of another piece, covering it up with glue. The company would lie and keep changing their story about the seam. They said things like it was planned to be seamed, because of transportation weight or that it broke during transportation. I have pictures of the slab being delivered cut already and an email sent from one of their other employees stating it was broken during fabrication. The company would not remedy the faults that were on their behalf and only offered to redo the bad seam which was a dealbreaker to me. I purchased a countertop with an agreement of a template and they did not hold up to their end of the agreement. An honest company would have informed the customer and have corrected and cut a new piece,not try to install their mistake and hope its not noticed.Their lack of communication and deceptive customer service practice is unacceptable.

My wife and I ordered a granite slab countertop for our outdoor summer kitchen (Majestic White) thru Lowes. Working with SE Stone was very easy. The on glitch was that the stone cutter cut the sink hole too big, so the sink we had already purchased wouldnt fit. SE Stone was very quick to purchase a bigger sink, at their cost, that would fit so the entire stone slab would not have to be remade. Megan, sales manager (?), was an absolute pleasure to work with, as well as the other SE Stone employees. I could tell that customer satisfaction was their #1 priority. I have high standards/perfectionist and SE Stone answered/accommodated every request and answered every question. I would highly recommend them.

Southeast Stone Installed Cambria Brittanica Quartz in our kitchen last month as part of our remodeling project. We chose a stacked application using 2 jumbo slabs. Stacked quartz is difficult to install because the fabricator needs to cut and match the lines in both slabs perfectly. We knew what we asked Southeast Stone to do was a more difficult than a typical install. But, we had high expectations based on all their great reviews . Lloyd and the team even exceeded our high expectations! The countertops are gorgeous and the focal point of our home now. We highly recommend Southeast Stone!

I have been in the kitchen business for over 40 years and have not found any other company to provide as wonderful work as this company. Specifically, Kevin, one of their granite fabricators, did amazing precision work for one of my clients and when he left there was no sign he had been there. Generally, all kinds of dust and debris are left behind. Not with this company! Very impressed!
I purchased my quartz countertops from Home Depot. Home Depot contracts through Southeast Stone. Working with HD was seamless and no problems. However, I was not impressed with the customer service with Southeast Stone which is below average. The initial visit with Southeast Stone was with the person who came out to measure the countertops. He informed my wife and I that corbels were not necessary under the bar. When they came to install the countertops, they installed very ugly wooden corbels that no where near matched the kitchen. They were cheap country looking wooden corbels. The installer kept saying, corbels are necessary. At no time during installation was I given the choice to pick a different corbel. After the installation, everything looked good except the bar area with the ugly wooden corbels and the trim which was left off. After contacting Chuck with Southeast Stone, I was told that metal under mounted braces can be added and he sent me a pdf showing a picture of the braces and the cost ($69 each). He told me he would determine the cost and let HD know so they could reach out to me. The Home Depot rep called a couple days later with the cost. Total cost, $650!!!!! $650 for a job that, in my opinion, should have been done right in the first place! I asked the HD rep if she would pay $650 to fix the problem, she replied No. I cant recommend Southeast Stone because they need better customer service and better communication with their customers. Now, I am stuck with a kitchen bar, that I have to fix! This is unacceptable.
I chipped my new countertop right on the corner. Even though Southeast Stone hadnt done the installation, I called them. They were very responsive, sent their repairman (Kevin) out. He tried a couple different ways to fix it, and ended up having to grind it down somewhat, then polish. He is a wizard! It looks BEAUTIFUL, and youd never know it had been damaged. Kevin is so polite and respectful, as is all the staff. I highly recommend them!
Southeast Stone is quick and does the job right the first time.We ordered our new kitchen and bathrooms from Home Depot in November 2018. Cabinets arrived in boxes in December so we tore out our kitchen and one bathroom. Unfortunately the cabinet company didnt show up until late January and there were issues with the cabinets but the cabinet maker promised to fix everything once the master bath and all counters were installed. Sadly the original counter top people (not Southeast) were not showing up. After months of waiting and many phone calls to Home Depot, they switched to Southeast Stone in April. Southeast Stone came out and measured for counters and finally six months later we are completely done. They measured and all our counters were installed within 15 days! Southeast is fast and their customer service rocks. Even the owner called us to ask if we were happy. Totally happy!Thank you for a great job!

Everyone at Southeast Stone were wonderful and made my experience in remodeling my master bathroom easy. Megan was knowledgeable and very helpful. The guys were patient and willing to move the slabs of stone around until I found just the right one. The installers were professional, polite and didn’t waste anytime. A great company to work with.
I understand that some of your vehicles are a large truck with a large trailer behind it but, that doesn’t mean you should run red lights. I constantly see you vehicles from this business running red lights all the time. It is unsafe. Your next client can definitely wait the extra 30 seconds.
They were easy to work with and patient while we checked out the thousands of slabs they have to offer. The install went very well and they were flexible and accommodating with install times- a plus if you cant wait at home all day for a 1 hour appointment. Would absolutely recommend them for your job!
My wife and I dealt with 5-6 other stone places in Central Florida before being recommended to Southeast Stone. Our experiences were so bad we started assuming the entire industry operated this way. We were eventually referred to Southeast Stone after sharing our poor experiences with some friends.Meg was our first point of contact when I called with some questions. I later visited their new showroom and she was there to help with everything from the stone education, choices, payment, and setting up installation. The stone for our hearth arrived on time, I paid the amount I was quoted (which seemed to be difficult for some places to give an accurate price), and it was installed exactly how we asked. The cut fit perfectly. Their team always arrived on time, would notified me before they would be there, and were very professional.Throughout the process, Meg continued to follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory and that we had everything we needed. Weve been doing business with Steve Miller for a number of years. The most recent was November, 2018. Southeast Stone has a very large selection of quartz and granite and Steve made the selection stress free. The timing of the entire job was well communicated and based upon our schedule. I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen. Once cabinets were installed I emailed Meghan with the schematics of my new cabinets and layout of my kitchen with my information. I never received an acknowledgement or even a courtesy email. As the matter of fact, they never bothered to contact me at all! Total lack of professionalism. Their loss.
A+....Lloyd was patient with me as I searched for counter tops for our new construction home. And boy did it pay off! Our counter tops look amazing. On my first visit, I encountered a slab of Azul Imperial that I could not do without. Lloyd worked with me to insure that was the center piece of the home...the center island in the kitchen. Absolute nightmare dealing with Southeast Stone. Lloyd is arrogant, blaming us, the customer for their mistakes. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They ruined my new kitchen!!And in response to the comment below from ( the owner) issues were not addressed.Please take your business elsewhere. As of yet Im not thrilled with this company. I got them through homedepot in apopka . In store they give prices and sayvits by the square foot is how your charged. Now it may not be Pams fault and she simply may be doing as told however they tried to give me sections and pieces of a top that had seems. This didnt sit well with me, so I said no to the seems . One was in the middle of the sink and to the right of my stove. I advised Pam vis email that dont want seems. She said Id have to buy the whole slab. I said I shouldnt have to buy m the slab its not my fault you dont have enough product. It was an $1800 difference. Hopefully this Is deterrent for future people using this company. I would have canceled my order with homedepot but I already took out my orginal counter tops. Ill post pictures of the install once its done. Ive been without a kitten for several weeks now as it is

I was redoing the kitchen before my wife came home and Cadi and Diane worked some magic and were able to get everything done just in the nick of time (hours before). they kept me informed and updated, the guys came out and did a great job on the install and cleanup. After they provided me with an estimate, they later changed their tune and would not do the work after all. Thankful I didnt pay them anything but buyer beware. Do your research and avoid folks like these.

Poorly treated when counter top was installed at the wrong measurements. Staff acts oblivious to my issue and will not compensate for their own wrong doing. Other than that, mediocre installation at best, felt very rushed.

What an amazing group of people to work with. The stone was delivered by Angel and Louise who not only were professional but fun. They did an amazing install. I noticed that night that one corner needed to be rounded and spoke with Cadi who followed up on the work order right away. I got an appt the next day when Richie and Jose came by rounded and polished the corner. I want to thank this team for a great job.

Do not go with this company for business they have workers who get high and work on your counter tops. I’ve worked for this company and every fabricator always said not my house if a counter tops wasn’t polish or fabricated right
Poor customer service. Poor follow up. Called on a Monday morning to get pricing on countertops. I was happy with the price and was told there was a templating available on Tuesday. Told them I would be there at 1pm to choose a product. Meg told me they were busy on Monday and she may be busy at that time. Which was fine. I then had to follow up before the close of business as I was trying to get the ball rolling. Didn’t receive a return call til the following day in the morning. I called again Tuesday afternoon to make sure I was going to get the proposal. Was told it would be sent. Didn’t hear anything Wednesday at all. Called Thursday to speak with a manager. He said the proposal was sent Tuesday but was sent to the wrong email address, I verified the correct email address was written down on the selection sheet. Still understandable but it’s adding up at this point. Was told at this point there was a templating for Friday. Received the proposal Thursday mid morning. Replied to the email with the proper forms and asked about what time for the templating for Friday. Never received a reply to my email. Called Friday morning at 830 asking for Meg. She was busy so I asked for a return phone call. No call by 1130. So I called again asked for a manager. They were busy so I asked for a return call. No call by 330. So I call and finally talk to Meg. She proceeds to tell me how busy they have been and they have a templating for Monday. Thanks. I’ll find someone else
We have used Southeast Stone - 15 years plus -for too many projects to count!!! A few projects involved removing the granite to be reused. The guys are so professional not once was there a problem.I would not use anyone else.
For a corian counter they turned out ok, I say that because this is our third house doing corian in. First was the time frame, miscommunication between all parties involved, from purchase to install was almost 2 months. Second thing the backsplash was supposed to be attached and came lose we had to send them back and wait a week and a half for them to come back. And one splash looked like they cut it short and added a small piece, not a good match in the pattern. And the amount of painting needed in every corner above the counter was crazy. And lastly we specified white sink bowls and because the person who wrote the order didnt write glacier white the company went with the manufacturer recommendation of cameo white and we asked to have replaced and we were told the company wasnt going to because we were not specific on the color. I would have called for clarification instead of making a judgment call. I can say the installer was a nice guy but for the experience thats a different story.

I recently wrote a review regarding this company wherein I stated that Megan did not contact me. I received a call from Megan on May 4 regarding my review stating she did, in fact, try to contact me that Friday, March 6, and left a msg, which I did not receive. Further, I was asked to retract my review. As I was making many calls that afternoon it is conceivable she attempted to call; unfortunately, it took almost 2 months to follow up.
I recently remodeled my master bath and my new quartz countertops turned out AMAZING!! Thank you Southeast Stone for the professional job on the countertops. From the selection process, measuring and installation, your team was very knowledgeable prompt, efficient and informative in answering my questions. I love my new quartz countertops!! This company needs to get it together. (If 0 was an option i would jabe chosen no stars at all) After constant back and forth trying to get theses counters going and installed we were getting the runaround. (After we paid in full) we got an estimate and they decided to charge us additional fees for items we were told.were included, when they finally came to install the countertops they FORGOT the extra items they charged us for that they said were necessary for the install. Although the installers were quite plesant they needed our help to lift and install the actual countertops and had to use my husbands wood from his garage to install our under ths counter sinks because they FORGOT that as well. Then when they installed the sinks they did a bangup job of supporting them. When i called to have them come back oit and fix the aink undermounts we were told they would be here between 3 and 5. The guys just called at 6 to tell me they would be here at 8...ummm no. My children will be sleeping. This company needs to get it together. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Ive had it with this company. There is no communication not worth your time when youre paying all this money and they cant even keep.in contact with you.

Buyer Beware! Absolutely terrible service! I bought countertops through Lowes and this was the contractor they are using. They have never called me. I have always called them they dont show up on time and their receptionist was so rude. After 10 days I still do not have an install date. I am going to Lowes to cancel my order.

I have worked with Lloyd Wicks at Southeast Stone twice over the last 2 years. The first time was for just a small job…a 6 foot bathroom vanity top with two sinks in Granite….which was done on time (about 10 days from order to completed product). I picked it up and installed it myself. All measurements were exact and the Granite looked great. I had chosen a remnant and the price was very reasonable. Since I had picked it up and installed it myself, I had only worked with Lloyd. He was very professional, always answered and returned my calls and fully explained all details of the process.About a month ago, I decided to get new countertops for my kitchen. Again, I spoke with Lloyd who went over my drawings with me and helped me choose the correct Granite as we needed a full slab this time. Once we had determined the Granite selection, type of sink, backsplash and edge finish…we agreed upon a price. Before I had gotten back to work, I already had an e-mail from Becca, the coordinator that had been assigned to my job, confirming my choices and offered to answer any questions that I had. As it turned out, I had to change sinks due to the height of my waste connection. Becca researched sinks for me for two days and we ended up with a sink that worked….without any change in pricing. Next, Becca helped me pick exactly where the countertops would be cut from the piece of Granite and sent me a computerized layout from the actual piece of Granite, showing how it would look in my home. She was always patient and informative. Then Becca set up the date and time for the measurements to be done. She called me a day before the template person was to be there, then the day of to give me a timeframe and then the template person, Mark, called me when he was on the way and came out to my house on time. I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before the Granite was to be installed. About a week later, Becca called to schedule the installation, then verified with me the day before and then the day of….and the installer, Marcos, called me to verify the time and arrived right on time. Marcos and two other installers set everything up and installed the Granite, all the while explaining every step to me. Due to the size of the countertop, it had to have a seam in it…which I was aware of at the beginning. It is virtually impossible to see the seam as they match up the pieces in the shop to ensure that the areas of the Granite where the seamed pieces are to be cut from will match up before they even start to cut the Granite. The Granite was installed in a couple of hours and looks great. So, from start to finish, everyone at Southeast Stone was Professional, patient, helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company as their level of service is unmatched in the industry!
