I use their website to upload my documents I fill out my name, how many copies I need, and the time I will be there. When I get their my papers aren’t printed out and she doesn’t print out all my papers. I uploaded 5 documents and she only gave me 3. She doesn’t even give you a folder or a envelope to put your documents in. This place used to run smoothly when the guy was working here, I try and support small businesses but this isn’t right I will just go to Fed Ex for now on.

Prices and quality is good. Good place for simple copy jobs. They know what they are doing and get the job done. I did have a more detailed job I was hoping to have options to choose from. I am a person that cares about the types of materials that used for my projects. I use to work for a printing company and am an avid crafter, I am a little more particular then most.

Work was straight, but Unprofessional no communication at all, didnt have product when said. Then said No REFUNDS but did not state that prior to taking payments. Showed no compassion and customers arent priority at less in my case. I paid for a service and expected it in a timely fashion. The lady just didnt care at all.No RESPECT for others time

Great customer service and fair pricing

I went to print out 2 copies. Was charged $2.40 although she told me the copies were $.13 each. Apparently it was $2 to use the computer that was slow as molasses and never opened the pdf I needed. Next time Ill wait for the library to open. Never again. Waste of money and time.

Refused to center my documents upon request and acted like their $3000 printer was the cause of it. Im an architect myself and I wouldnt come to these people when I need my work printed out as professionally as possible.

I had my daughters birthday invitations printed at Doc Paper Scissors from a digital image. Jerry was great on the phone and had my invites printed and ready in an hour. I also got envelope there too, will utilize them again. Thank you!

This is a great place for copying and notory services as well as office supplies can be ordered . The owner is very nice as well and is helpful if he doesnt carry what your looking for.
