Ordered 3 hard drives from them via newegg. Was billed and paid for three hard drives. Only received one drive. No answers to email, complaints or phone calls. Need all drives for a RAID system. So - out of money and have an usable drive. Beware.

No response for an order we sent 14 days ago. no reply to instant messages and they never call back. They just leave you on hold and hope you hang up.If the part was not in stock, they just had to let us know. Not give us the run around for 14 days.
