This is a specific 1 star rating. Overall the facility and crew are fine. This is in regards to using their tire air machine. It is coin only and when I went in to get $2 worth of quarters, I was told they had none to sell me due to the coun shortage. Id be fine with that if it were still true, but working in retail Im also aware that there hasnt been a coin shortage for months. If youre not going to provide whats needed to use devices on your property, remove them or replace them with multi payment devices. It would prevent poor customer events such as this.

I like to go here for the food service, Rosie seems to make the food perfect every time shes working.

Only thing I can complain about is the fact that they NEVER refill the sugar dispensers for the coffee and often times there is at least 4 people working so it shouldnt be a constant issue to go there and have to tear open packets of sugar. Other than that, I love Cumberland Farms. They always have deals where you get something for free. The people that work there are always friendly. Bathrooms are usually very clean. The coffee station could be attended to more often but, understandably, there are tons of people in and out getting coffee. Im sure its tricky to keep up but geez guys. Keep up with that sugar!

Theres an older lady working there in the evenings that seems utterly incapable of properly wearing her mask. Shes rude &/or apathetic when this is brought to her attention. We are nearly a year into the pandemic at this point, she knows how masks are supposed to be worn, she just doesnt care. Its extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Good service and a good selection of items in pastries in deserts iced coffee etc etc

Good place to get a $1.07 coffee. (Tax included in that price)

I go there every morning for my coffeeThe food was good as well as the atmosphere. The price was a little bit higher than I normally pay for snacks at grocery store but cant beat coffee for a buck

They are always happy to help me and are very informed on the products that they sell

Update Feb 2018- Im not stopping there like I thought I would. The new picnic area always has drug addicts hanging around. I will hang out for a while after my purchase and I see at least one drug transaction every time. Kinda scary, these people look sick and disheveled. Hope Cumbies can clean it up...such a shame.They have come a long way in the last five years. Fresh coffee at great prices friendly staff and always clean. This has become one of my favorite places in town, amazing cuz when I was much younger it was one of the few places I would never stop into. They are getting a new store opening August 14th 2017 and I am so excited for them . they do deserve it they have worked so hard to make this store what it is today and it is wonderful.
