Boycott this store. Front door would not slide open, too many employees standing around when they could be working a register so customers do not have to stand in long lines waiting to checkout. The store manager needs to be fired for not having registers open and closing their self checkout lanes down. Put that manager on a register and get the customers on their way!! 🤬

I ordered a coffee mug and a photo canvas back in September to be picked up at this location. I have called this Walmart before asking to speak to the photo department only to keep getting transferred back to other departments because they won’t pick up. Online my orders still said delayed so I ended up calling the customer service number to figure out what was going on with my order. They said that in there system it shows that it was delivered but my package is nowhere to be found. This Walmart is super unprofessional and I can never get ahold of the photo center when I need to.

I ordered online and picked up curbside. I ended up going inside and shopping anyway. I had to get a couple of things that I needed for a craft project. It was pretty smooth trip. Ill be happy when they are finished remodeling the store though.

Walmart on 17/92 Sanford. Had every thing i needed & employees were helpful when i couldnt find enough cake mixes. They are a lot better than the people at the service dept cashier at the neighborhood walmart on 46a. I was so discussed. I walked out without my groceries.

Very poor experience with produce in grocery delivery from this store: pretty much defeats the purpose of a W+ subscription for delivery if I have to send someone out to buy missing or better produce. Eg, limes are often small, hard, & no juice. Today I ordered 6 red potatoes & received 1. Several times the produce picked was at the end of freshness. Often, they are out of green peppers or only carry roma tomatoes - seriously? Yes, I can apply for a refund but that does not eliminate the constant inconvenience. Train staff on how o pick produce. Should have better stocking of basics and/or better update of the produce stock on the app/website.

Pharmacy is always been Great! But watch out in Çoustomer Care Dept. There are 3 women there tried to steal my cell phone, and they would have had not been for a very Sweet Honest cashier, if it hadnt been for her they would have kept my Phone.....so just be careful dealing with Çoustomer Care at the Sanford Florida store. I hate liars and thieves

This Walmart is huge and well stocked all the time and the employees are very courteous and helpful as well as the manager they take each customer and treat them with the same respect no matter what the issue is that theyre taken care of

This is an excellent WalMart. Very spacious, they have excellent prices, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. This location also has great parking making for an easy in and out.

I dont like that Walmart is trying to push its customers to self checkout by maintaining long lines with cashiers. Many employees I as, are not happy working for them. I only shop there when absolutely necessary.

One star is generous I couldn’t proceed using zero stars. Store manager should be fired. Product out of stocks before the remodel were plentiful. I asked for manager my last visit and was told they can’t show me where he is. Why does he hide all the time. Changing stores, not worth the aggravation. No carts at entrance 2 of my last 3 visits and thats at 8 am before it’s busy.

Not happy at all. Tried to use gift card for 50 dollars i got for Fathers day and it was declined. History on it showed date it was bought from store 110 in deltona fla and 2 days later 50 dollars was charged to it and 0 balance.Got for birthday for 25 dollars from same store.Same thing 2 days later 35 dollars was charged to it and 0 balance. I think someone is running a scam with gift cards from that store and I aint happy

There were no carts we had to go find one in the parking lot. When we were ready to check out we had to stand in line for 30 minutes or more. This is the second time in a week. Definitely needs improvement!

I remember this Walmart for two things. Beautiful wall decoration above the counters and energy drinks with many different flavors for just one dollar. Neither the first nor the second I have seen in other Walmarts. Perhaps I will come here periodically.

I am handicap but they only have 2 electric carts. The store is complaint with the Americans with Disablities act as far as the law ģoes. But non-compliant as far as handicap needs. Why only 2 carts? Because the law does not require any carts at all. That is why. It is my opinion that the is that the management of this store clearly puts the bottom line before people. That makes me sad. I do not think Sam Walton would approve such a selfish policy...... Lowes is right across 17-92 has 20 electric carts. Unfortunately Lowes does not sell food.

I like the prices. BUT...when you are doing your biglist shopping, they really should have LIVE CASHIERS. Or heres a thought, give customers % discount when they cash themselves out. Customers donot WORK FOR WAL-MART, make this task a little more bearable.

Never have a riding cart or carts have to go outside and find one in parking lot. The remodel is horrible cant find anything have to walk whole store to find what you need. Customer service is ridiculous. Whatever this Coach person is just useless. Ask her a question where something was moved to couldnt tell me. Need more riding carts for the handicapped. Will be finding somewhere else to shop.

Great service from the electronics department. They searched the back for an item I requested and found it. I wish I remembered the name of the lady at the counter but she did an incredible job and she was very sweet.

Need more cashiers instead of employees just watching YOU check your own stuff out. I mean I dont work here ! We should get a discount for self checkout!!!

The whole check yourself out thing is terrible. They purposely only have one or two open registers to get you to use the self checkout, which makes the whole shopping experience awful! This store is always out of stuff, the veggies are terrible, and there are a bunch of employees walking around, talking to other employees, the ones that see to be working, are not courteous to the customers shopping. I always try to go to a different one, but sometimes you have to go where you dont want to. The attitude is terrible here.

Lake Mary Walmart has a better variety of things and a little cheaper than Leesburg! I Love It!!

Always a pleasure to meet the employees at super Walmart pharmacy in Sanford Florida on Orlando Drive. Pharmacist and staff are always happy to see me. I appreciate their concerns about my health and prescription. I wouldnt go to any other Pharmacy. They call with concerns, when they dont see me for a while. Thats EXCELLENT customer service....

I have some ambivalence about the remodeling In progress. There are vast empty spaces where merchandise and services had been. No schematic to share what changes to expect.Big issue as always was those aggravating self checkouts. Mine went offline AFTER the last of 65 items was scanned so everything had to be re-scanned at another one. Its ridiculous to have only two registers open in a Superstore. WalMart hopes we will shop online for store pickup. Bad guess: well be going to other stores instead. If we want to shop online we have eBay and Amazon.

The new change is great, but hate the self check out if I spend 200.00 dollars in grocery why should I pack my own groceries, put them in the cart pack them up then put them in the trunk of my car then unload at home then Unpack. And can they reopen to 24 hours I rather shop at night less people especially with this Covid 19

Overall customer service is key at front-end. All self-checkout store lacks human interaction. Large corporate chains can sustain the lower prices and standard register attendants while maintaining quality and meeting bottom line. ..especially when customers, after a hard day at work shop acquiring large carriages of groceries. Anything outside of that displays an overall appearance of corporate greed with minimal to zero service. ..not about federal wage increase and or covid either. ..get back to interacting with customers. ..not a challenge here.

Had nothing that I needed,store super disorganized,and no shopping cart Im the store,all shopping cart where in the parking lot,so customers after they go inside the store they have to come back outside to the shopping cart drop off station and get your own cart and walk that long parking lot again back to the store

I came in around 7pm on May 26th. I only needed tobacco and Becky who had already finished her job and was on her way out of the isle turned around and checked me out anyways and was very sweet the whole time. It’s people like Becky that make Walmart enjoyable as a customer. Thank you Becky.

If it has been really dry then you need a 4x4 to be able to get in and park because of the lose sand... Outside of that it is a great place....

Normally not a big fan but the little one needed a few things and I heard about the new line and they had a good selection.

I dont know what happened but walmart is always stressful and a mess but they changed something- I cant figure out what- and it was actually nice. Definitely going there over target in the future

This Walmart is close to where I live. It is located in a plaza with other businesses, however the plaza needs to be clean, the pavement, road needs attention, it could use a little care which adds safety. The store itself, has a variety of products and they have already included gluten free items; the price can use a little decrease, it’s still expensive as other places.If all the businesses come together, probably they will agree to have a clean better place to shop.

I took my son to the hair cut salon and a man with dreads did a horrible job on my sons hair and I did ask him if he knew how to do a style haircut and he said yes but actually did a mess. The line was off. The edges was not clean he even cut my sons ear and neck. And my son told me he was chocking him. never again. And he looked high. And the hair is not even. He finished like in 15 minutes. Never again.

Your big construction manager Robin is a kunt. And your store is extremely unsafe. Doing construction while the store is open. And customers in the construction area. It is NOT blocked or roaped off. Customers walking under lifts, and walking over construction materials. There are many safty violations through out the store. Tons of standard extension cords ran through the celing. Several open electrical boxes. Tons of old celing tiles sitting on top of the old tiles. Celing grid can NOT support that weight. Debris on the floor where people can trip over. This store is extremely unsafe for customers, and employees. I hope your store get shut down. And you get a hugw fine. I have tons of pictures.

Always a busy store, and always dirty and unkempt. The majority of the employees are rude. For example, we needed help getting ammo for our pellet gun, and we waited nearly 20 minutes. When we finally got the help we so desperately needed, the man treated us horribly and was very rude. ( I wont mention names) I had my youngest son with me, or believe me, I would of told him off!! After I purchased the ammo, I had to buy a few more things, so, my son and I happily walked away thinking this cannot possibly be all of them?? (Maybe he was having a bad day?) Well, we were followed around like we were some kind of criminals. This made us very uncomfortable. Will I return here? Absolutely Not !

Hard to find things NEW STORE FOR ME

Right now, the entire store is undergoing some kind of renovation and is somewhat disorganized compared to normal. This has been a work in progress for several weeks,

Not sure if theyre closing the store, or trying to empty it for remodeling, but Id say about a third to half the store was gutted. Still found some cute things though.

I have to constantly remind employees and management that we are paying customers and will not be spoken to rudely or disrespectful. Wanda in electronics was extremely rude and disrespectful when I was trying to buy a 50 smart tv... I simply asked if she knew when more were coming in or how she could find out if they were expecting more... Then I asked for a manager when she was rude and the male manager named louis came and tried to de-escalate the situation approximately 15 minutes later.... So I was even more upset. I hope to speak to a district manager soon because Im tired of spending thousands of dollars in there a month simply to be treated like I dont matter....

Tnn is store maybe remodeling but I think it would be better to retrain employees on customer service. Open the registers and reduce the long lines and wait times.
